I called Randy during a huge rain storm. I got his answering machine and left a voice message requesting a call back. He called me back in a couple of hours. I explained my problem; Niagara falls pouring over my front steps, and asked if he could stop by and give me an estimate for cleaning out my gutters. We agreed on a day and time and he showed up right on time. He gave me a very good estimate and offered to do the job right then as he had some time before he had to be at his next job. I was so glad that I could get this taken care of as we are expecting another storm the day after tomorrow. The job was done, the mess cleaned up and Randy was on his way within 25 minutes. You can't ask for better service than that.

I was surprised at how high the price quoted was since the job was quite small, but went ahead anyway. The equipment used on the driveway had a large scrubbing brush and might be more effective than some other services may charge less but only have a hand wand. The concrete came out very clean except for algae that was embedded under the surface and would need bleach to kill.

Randy Ross's cleaning services did a great job in power washing my house, my driveway and back patio. Since I have had this done before by other company's at the house I am very picky. After the job was completed we walked the area and it looked great, no complaints and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them, and will use them again in the future.

I have been using Randy (the owner) for several years for various cleaning jobs around my property. For small jobs he comes by himself however this job (and a few others) was a little bigger so he brought a small crew with him. He and his crew were very polite and professional and hard working. They showed up on time and got right to work. I have a two story house with a small side yard that makes it hard to get to the windows with a ladder on that side of the house so they had to use an extra long extension pole. I have over 20 windows in my house and they cleaned everyone of them inside and out as well as the screens. I had them pressure wash my driveway, back patio and the patio cover and they look great and am very pleased. I always get a fast response from him.
