The estimator was professional and honest about our roof and what should be fixed vs. waiting. Unfortunately, the scheduler & roofers need to work on their communication skills. We signed agreement on a Monday & I had to call over a week later (to the estimator) stating I had not received a call to schedule. Once scheduled, I received a 2nd call saying they were calling to schedule (communication in the scheduling dept seems to be poor). I was told roofers would arrive between 7-8am. They showed at 9:20am. I asked to walk around & discuss what was to be done & the roofer just said "yeah, yeah that's what we are told to do". They left the site without letting us know so we could walk around with them to see if everything was completed (which it was not). I called estimator and had to call again as I did not heard from anyone - scheduler said they forget to tell me that the roofers would be out later that day to complete job. "Would I recommend - Maybe"

They do quality work at a reasonable price compared to others. I would hire them again for all my roof needs. And they show up on time and clean up after.

The professionalism of this company is exceptional. Only high quality materials were used for the installation of my new roof at a very reasonable price. They did a great job and cleaned up all around my home when they were finished. I am very pleased with Porter Roofing and recommend them very highly.

They blew all the debris from the roof into my flower bed and into the gutters I sent pictures to show them and sent messages but no one responded

Dave was fantastic. On time, explained his work and very personable. Very fair on price. My job was small and he didnâ  t try and price gouge me like other roofers did. Iâ  ll call him again if I need roof repairs. Highly recommend.

Good business people that plan their work around your schedule. Very courteous and competent employees that do good cleanup on completion. I would request their service again because a great job was done and are trustworthy.

During these times, it was difficult to even find a roofer to return my call. Dave at Porter Roofing made the whole process easy from start to finish. They showed up on time, worked hard, and finished the job on schedule and on budget. They are all very pleasant. I appreciate the work they did and the service they provided. Highly recommend.

The gentleman who came out, Silvestri, was very professional. Had him check entire roof status and replace/repair several tiles. Also installed rubber collars on waste vents which was not planned for but appreciated. Not inexpensive but worth it to us!

Tim the estimator was awesome everyone was great, timely professional. Silvestre went over and beyond the roof repair. Gutters and downspouts were awesome.

I was so impressed by how fast Tim came out to take care of the tiles that slipped out of place on my roof after a severe storm. I called and within a few hours, he was able to come and fix it.

Sam, the estimator, gave me a great price and set the job up quickly. These men were great they were on time and got the job done in the projected time frame. They did a great job of cleaning up all around the house before they left. I can't wait for it to rain and not have a leaky roof.

Josh Vincent was professional, courteous, punctual and addressed all of my needs and had helpful recommendations for future work. He was so timely in getting my repair completed. Robert, was the associate that responded within only a few days after Josh provided my quote and was the most pleasant professional ever. He called to schedule his response, and was punctual in arriving when he said he would, and completed the job expeditiously!
