Description of Work: Phoenix Construction repaired a loose stair rail post (4x4 at the bottom of the stairs. The initial construction design was weak, so George reinforced the anchoring under the stairs and now it's better than new! Very happy with results.

+ 4 moreGreat!! George showed us a different roof line (from the plans we gave him) that was a superior design. He also made sure that we got the maximum glass area for the new (and an existing) room. His ideas opened up a previously dark area. He was very easy to work with.
Description of Work: We provided George with a set of preliminary plans from an architect. Due to extensive dry rot basic work was to tear off 864 sq ft of light weight concrete deck (440 sq ft over carport) and 260 sq ft of roof. Then, replace the carport with a garage and a new 440 sq ft Great Room above. This required that 960 sq ft of roof be built over the new structure. Extension of the HVAC system to handle an additional 640 sq ft of new enclosed space, with appropriate water and natural gas plumbing additions.
