Perry Air

We are so happy to have found Perry Air. We were dealing with an HVAC system nightmare, contractor thru Home Depot went bankrupt. No one would help, quotes for complete systems from other contractors were out of our reach. Perry came in and explained everything, gave us options and his professional opinion. We selected a system, and scheduled the install. Everything went smooth. This is a great contractor.

They came right out and polightly solved my problem.

I think I still had my finger on the HomeAdvisor submit button when I got a return call from Perry Air, wow! It was Sunday evening and we arranged to meet Monday morning at our hair salon. They arrived on time and quickly determined the problem. The parts I needed had to be ordered so a time was scheduled for install the following day. They arrived earlier and had the work done by our scheduled time. They explained everything to me in detail. They were prompt, quick, efficient, polite and courteous. As you're searching through these reviews I wouldn't hesitate to call Perry Air. Choose them with confidence. I will be using them again, commercial or residential.

Arrived promptly on the same day as my initial request, politely discussed my concerns, confirmed my suspicions regarding the thermostat and offered me a choice of replacements. Installed a new one and explained its operation. Then checked the unit on the roof and reported potential problems. Very satisfactory service.

Fast, friendly and efficient

Was pleased with the first call. Perry was giving me information and didn't push for me to hire him. I said I would get other quotes and call him.. He was fine with it. He and helper arrived on time and was finish sooner than they quote. They were clean and respectful of my home.

Hired them 12-30-2014, was diagnosed with a motor not working paid over $1000 for new motor waited til 1-15-2015, to find that the heating circuits were not working! Then to find that they were obsolete. Before pulling motor which was blowing cold air I feel the circuits should have been checked. At which point Perry would have known the circuits were obsolete and I didn't need to purchase a new motor! Out all my money and still have no heating!

Perry was prompt, courteous and efficient. His price was very reasonable. Unfortunately, my problem is larger than just the distributor motor. After loosing power affecting 1/2 of my house, SMUD came out and discovered that they experienced a "hot leg" with one of the T240 lines going into my home. This caused electrical problems and the motors to blow in both my air handler and heat pump (compressor). I will have Perry back out to repair or replace my heat pump after the necessary electrical work has been completed.

Perry of Perry Air was professional, courteous and patient with my questions. He was quick to identify the problem and repaired it immediately. I will hire Perry Air again for sure.

I contacted Perry Air to diagnose and repair my furnace because I was stuck in the diagnosis process and we needed heat in the house. Perry was able to come out that day. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and easy to work with, He used OEM parts and was very reasonable with his price. If you want an honest person that knows what he is doing to repair your furnace at a fair price, this is your guy.

They did check and do some thing with the system,but same problem happened,we call him come back and check and service ,repair or do some thing to stop the problem.But he didn't want to come?why? He told my wife ,my heater is weir. The problem is some day heater on and some day not on special in the morning time ( haft of the day).it so cold and make my wife and my 1 year old grand son got sick easy.please send some one for help.Thank you. Very quick response! The part was available the next day. The install time was pushed back a couple of times during the day but completed on the next day. Very good communication regarding time changes, etc. Very well done.
