The young man was on time, and he got along with our dogs . Where he proceeded to breakdown the situation of our A/C. Spoke to his back up, and then brought the correct part to repair our A/C. He showed integrity, and a can do attitude in getting the job do. I will recommend this company to many other's, as long as they keep up such excellent work.

It was a great experience and the work was done in a timely and professional matter. I'm going to use this contractor again on another house I owe.

Perry was both quick and efficient. He arrived on short notice, had the parts required, and completed the job ion very short order.

It was 108 degrees the day before, my AC unit quit working, I have an AC company I deal with but they were backed up for a day. Logged in to HomeAdvisor, hooked up with Perry Heating and Air, they called me and said they could be out within a few hours, they were, got it fixed and the house was cool again before it got to hot. Excellent service

Perry is very professional and responsive. He called immediately and showed up when he said he would. He is very pleasant as well as capable. I would call on him again.

He called right away. He was here the 1st time at the time he said he would be here. The installed the next day on time. They were polite, clean and quick. They did exactly what they said. They did not oversell us. He gave us direction on what we needed and we are very happy!

I called to make an appointment the last week of the month & was told to call back for an appoint at the time I wanted it. He could get to me at 5:30 pm 2 days later. I prepared by working my schedule around the appoint. & cleaning out the closet around the area of the A/C unit. At 1:30 he called & said he wasn't going to to keep the appoint. Was that okay? I wasn't pleased & asked him when he could come, thinking it would be first thing the next AM. He said 4:00. He didn't give an estimate. He & his assistant were pleasant. He'd have to mail me a receipt. The job done ok, I hope.

They called me before I left the HomeAdvisor website. Made an appointment for next day but I had to reschedule. Rescheduled for the next day. Called me 15 minutes before appointment time to tell me they were on their way. Arrived on time. Understood my problem immediately and proceeded to repair without sales pitches or up-sells. Replaced capacitor on compressor and checked electrical operation and coolant level. Total charge was less than I anticipated. Fixed problem and left in less than 1 hour. I would not hesitate to have Perry Air back should I need further service.

Reliable and HONEST! NO BS as with many other so=called AC chain companies! Perry's conduct and his assistant were excellent and did NOT give us a lot of BS estimates as others have falsely done in the past. Really 2 years ago we were told we needed $1500 in repairs that was a total fabrication! BEWARE of these scams!

I rarely give 5 star ratings--and I am happy to give this one. Perry totally deserved it. His bid was very reasonable (compared to the others), he communicated with me the entire time as I was out of town, and he did an excellent job. I have already recommended him to friends.

I got other bids.....and he was well priced no gouging, got us taken care of right away as soon as they got the part.

He was on time, answered all our questions, did the diagnostics and repair in a short period of time.

the servicemen from Perry Air ran into a little trouble (their van was in the shop) but accommadated my schedule by coming later that same day. Prices comparable to advertised prices of others.
