+ -1 moreIt went perfectly. Bill arrived on time at the duplex, shook my hand and introduced himself, then asked me to point out each door and show him exactly what I wanted done. He then went right to work and finished all the locks probably within 45 minutes. He then asked how many copies of keys I'd like, finished the job. I thanked him. He was very courteous throughout.
Description of Work: Re-keyed 9 locks at my rental, in addition to leaving me with 5 sets of keys. This price included the trip cost of $65.

+ -1 moreService was impeccable. Phone was answered immediately. Visit was scheduled for 3 hours later. Service technician called from the road to let me know they were on the way. Job was done in 20 minutes. Charge for service was reasonable for normal service, let alone nearly instant service. Service technician was very professional. I will definitely use them again.
