Firstly, Gordon vacuumed the carpet, secondly he spot cleaned it with stain remover and a scrub brush, then he brought in his Hoss 700, highly sophisticate carpet cleaning system which has a uses rotation, water flow, agitation and heat to remove the dirt. Gordon took away in his truck all the dust, dirt, and ickys that mother and I expected him to remove from our carpet!! He left our carpet looking brand new, smelling clean and feeling perky to the touch! What more could two Ladies want!!! Very impressed with this business!! He showed up on time and was very friendly. He payed attention to small details. He got rid of some stubborn old stains that i didnt think were ever going to come out. As well as all the pet dander. My carpet looks bran new and my home smells fresh and clean. Thank you Gordon! Seamless Service!

No other carpet cleaner ever vacuumed my carpet before they cleaned it. I have a dog and there is a lot of dirt that gets into the house. The provider was patient and took a lot of time to do it right. Other companies have just wanted to get it done and not take the extra effort to make sure the cleaning was done the correct way. He had the right kind of equipment for the job. In fact, I will be calling him back to clean my sofa. My last dog was using it to sleep on and it needs cleaning also. I would definitely use Newhouse Carpet Cleaning again and would tell my friends and neighbors about how well they do their job.

Gordon was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about his cleaning products and carpet tools. He has very sophisticated equipment and really understands the chemistry of his products and how they work for the best cleaning results. He explained everything thoroughly step by step which made it very easy to understand. My carpet turned out beautifully with all of the stains removed. It looks AND smells like a brand new carpet! I also learned a lot about the whole carpet cleaning process which I never knew before. It was a great learning experience for me! I highly recommend Gordon Newhouse to clean anyone's carpet.
