Description of Work: This provider was recommended/contacted by a spa company to do electrical work. They did not contact us, showed up and when we did not answer the door due to inability to get there at the moment, they used their ladder to climb over a locked gate and proceed to our backyard without permission. VERY unprofessional considering we had never discussed them being on our property.

+ -1 moreKeno Electric showed up on-time. Work finished same day as promised. Price was $200.00 over estimate ($700 vs. $500). Asked for receipt but Keno Electric said they don't do receipts but would instead email a statement saying they had performed work. A later electrician that came for other work said that because it was a spa and involved 220V of electricity, it should have been installed with a special GFI breaker in the breaker box (???). Didn't use Keno again because of the receipt issue and the difference in a promised price but other than that, we had no issues and appreciated the install.
Description of Work: Connect Hot Tub to electrical breaker box.

+ -1 moreI'm mad at them. They didn't show up. The first three times I used them they were very good. The last time, they didn't return phone calls and they didn't show up. I would not call them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. If they show up they do good work.
