+ -1 moreSteve responded to my phone call the same day and was able to come to the house that very afternoon. He arrived on time and repaired the toilet with ease. The kitchen faucet was looked at and determined that a new pull-out spray was needed, but he was able to fix the handle. Small jobs...but nice to know that he is out there. And, he was nice to my 13 year old Westie!
Description of Work: Repaired a toilet and replaced the handle. Repaired a kitchen faucet.

+ -1 moreWe had made minor repairs on both toilets since buying our 1993 house four years ago. One of them began to leak recently and our repairs just weren't working. We shut off the water to it. After living with one toilet for a month, I called my REALTOR to suggest a plumber in Folsom and she wholeheartedly recommended Steve. My husband also recognized him from seeing him around town, although he didn't know he was a plumber. He was glad to have him do both toilets.
Description of Work: Two toilet tanks rebuilt. One toilet had been shut off because it leaked so badly. The other one needed work, too. He explained the options of buying new toilets or rebuilding the tanks. We chose the rebuild.
