They were great. I spent about $3,500 or $4,000 on their services and their bid was the best. It’s a father and son team, and they were just excellent. Their price was great and the work was excellent. They exceeded my expectations, I guess. It’s great to have air conditioning and not a swamp cooler anymore.

As owner-builders, we obtained 4 bids for replacing our entire central HVAC system during our residential addition project. Wayne and son (Jason?) are very helpful and responsive, and gave us the lowest bid, about 1/2 the price of what that company that solicits at Home Depot charges. They were fast and did a very professional job, and were very pleasant to work with. Our unit has worked wonderfully for the last 2 years - very quiet and effective. Utility bills are lower, even though our house is 15% larger. He is not on the SMUD rebate list, but his price was so much lower that it didn't pay to get the SMUD rebate from another contractor on the list. I believe our system did qualify for the PG&E gas rebate but I forgot to apply for it.
