Description of Work: I use them to perform routine maintenance on my AC unit. Several years ago my AC went out in the middle of a horrendous heat wave. They were the only company that agreed to come out. The owner of the company actually came out himself since all his technicians were busy. Without going in to a long story he probably saved my dog's life. Needless to say I'm grateful.

Description of Work: The job was to completely replace existing system including all duct work. It took from 7:30 am to 7pm and then we had heat. They came back the following week and finished taping and hanging duct work. Then a Duct testing company did testing for leaks. Then the building inspecter came a few days later and gave final inspection. All work was done to code and we are very happy.

Description of Work: We replaced our AC and furnace with high efficiency Trane models. Our old AC unit had a 10 SEER rating; the unit was installed when the house was built 10 years ago. The sub-contractor who initially installed our old unit made a "mess" of the ductwork, kinked supply lines, and jury-rigged the furnace together. I am at a loss how this initial installation got approved by Roseville Utilities. When our summer electricity bills hit $900/month, we decided to swap our system. Out of 3 quotes, Golden Aire's quote was the lowest by $1000.00. They were punctual and their work was impeccable. The team was professional and polite. They took the time to correct problems identified from the first installation. They finished on time and on budget. Golden Aire replaced the AC/Furnace with high efficacy models. They modified the ductwork. They re-sealed the system. Two thermostats were replaced. They installed an outside sensor for our wireless thermostat. They installed another supply plenum. They fully charged the system. They prepared the rebate paperwork for us. The ductwork inspector and the Roseville Utility inspector both had high praise for the installation. I'm a very happy with the work done by Golden Aire. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to upgrade or replace their AC/furnace.

Description of Work: Water was dripping from the AC unit causing mildew in the garage. Called them because of good rating on Angies list and they were close. They fit me in the next day, cleaned the condensation line, showed my brother where the problem was, and recommended yearly maintenance
