Description of Work: "Water pressure to toilet was not functioning and water was leaking from a connection under the sink. Frank came the afternoon that I called and fixed water pressure, replaced the valve in the toilet tank and fixed two leaks under the sink. Price was reasonable, plumbing now working fine and Frank was very friendly."

+ -1 moreDO NOT CALL THIS ENTITY!!! His 1st trip here he called and let us know he was running late +\- 1hr. 2hours later he showed up. Ran through my house, letting me know I have several issues..it's an old house, they have lots of them. IF I want the roof vent run it's $100.00 and call him a day in advanced. The guy had proverbial "plumbers pants" too. ewwww. He finally snaked the the bath tub and ran the water. 1 week later, the problem was reoccurring, only worse. We hadn't been home during this time, my husband called him. Frank gave us grief about a return trip and that we have several issues. After a time he agreed to come out Monday between 9-10. By noon no word. I called another company. He called after my husband left a voice mail. He doesn't get that some one had to take time off to stay home for this and my time is $ as well. He won't be getting any more $$ that's for sure. No professionalism, no customer service, complete lack of respect.

+ -1 moreHe does excellent work. He cleaned up after himself and I have had no problems. He even offered to pick up the toilets for me and didn't charge me for that. He gave me a great price for the water saver toilets he put in. And I would highly recommend him.
