FEHN'S FAMILY PLUMBING

He replaced the sewer line, but later when I turned on my sprinklers, I found that water was shooting out underground from the sprinkler pipe he broke and that two sprinkler heads were gone. The ground was caving in and a big hole opened up right next to the sidewalk, which was a liability for me. Mike Fehn yells everything he says. He made every excuse in the book for not fixing the sprinklers, then finally sent someone out one day who fixed my neighbor's sprinkler, but not mine! I had asked that he call me when he was coming, so I could be there, but he didn't. He ignored my calls after that and refused to come fix the sprinkler until my neighbor (a man) called and threatened filing a claim with the Contractor's board. I can not get the benefit of the 5 year warranty, he promised, because he is so difficult to deal with. He refuses to stay on topic when there is a problem to address and gets angry. He came again after seeing this report 3 months after the job was done.

Over all my lawn looked almost the same, when I returned from my trip, at first I thought the work had not been done yet. Then Mr Fehn knocked on my door that evening and asked "how does your plumbing work now", thats when he told me that yes, indeed the work was completed. They done such a great job, I could not even tell my beautiful lawn had been torn up and replaced so professionally.

Fehn was suppose to install a water heater, he made a date and time and never showed up. He never called and still hasn't. The reason I used Fehn was because of a prior positive experience. After reading the negative responses on Angies list I tried him again and got nothing.

I was extremely disappointed and appalled at the fact that Mr. Fehn basically strung us along for over a week. First of all, he came to our home to look at the work I needed done and give us an estimate only after showing up 4 hours later than he said he would. We agreed on a time and date for the work to be done. He didn't show up (another 4 hours of my time wasted waiting) and after I called to ask if he was coming he said he had an emergency and was unable to come. We rescheduled. This time my husband waited 4 hours. He didn't call, he just didn't show up. I will not reschedule with such a rude, inconsiderate person, no matter what kind of work he may or may not do!

God awful, never ever have this company do anything.

Never made scheduled appointment nor did he even bother to call.

Mike was very friendly. It was like working with a friend. He returned calls immediately, was prompt and when delayed called to let me know. Mike made time the day I called to come to the house to look at the job. The job was completed on time and with great care in cleanup and quality.
