I am writing this review over a year later because I was so unhappy with their service and wanted to warn other people about "Fairest of Them All." I contacted them to get my carpets shampooed before Thanksgiving after seeing good reviews in other places online, and noticing I had a coupon for them. The appointment was made with no problem, and a young man showed up as requested. I was not happy with the service provided. I pointed out a stain I wanted special attention paid to...to see if it could be helped...I was not expecting miracles. He did nothing to pre-treat or other wise address the stain. Basically, he did just the traffic paths. He did not even move dining room chairs or any other light weight furniture. I've had the carpets cleaned by other companies and they did a much more extensive and careful job. Very disappointed and would not call on them again.

We want to give you the Best Service Ever, and if we fail in any way, please let us know and we'll do whatever we can to correct it right away. This typically could involve another service call, but we'll happily refund your money if it's a situation we cannot correct. As the reviewer mentions, we have wonderful reviews everywhere. It's because we do sincerely care. We've been in business over 25 years trying to deliver the best service available. To that end, we apply the best people, education and systems we can. As the respondent mentions, this was over a year ago. The technician who did that job is still with us. He typically does several jobs every day with an excellent record, in fact, not a single other complaint of this nature. Many of his customers request him by name. Why he slipped on this particular service we can't know, because he can't remember this particular job, of course, and I wasn't there. I did review our procedures with him because of this review. Although important, the complaints are so minor and easy to correct: He didn't move some light chairs and didn't pay enough attention to a spot. We'd be glad to come out and re-do everything, or he would have gladly done it at the time had he been reminded. Of all the things that could go wrong, these are so small. Of course, we all would prefer he'd done them the first time, and accept responsibility for missing it. I have called and left a message with the reviewer to try to make things right. Even after a year we would be glad to correct the issue. It is our practice to make a follow-up phone call to every customer the day after service to be sure everything went well. If you ever have a problem with our company, or any other, for that matter, please let us know, even though I know it can feel a little stressful to you. We understand, we do care about you, and we do want to know! We want you as an ecstatic customer. Your satisfaction is much more important to us than a hundred bucks, and we can't correct something if we don't know about it. Thank you for your interest.
