I was very impressed with the work that John and Arlene did. They were friendly, professional and took the time to do the job well. I highly recommend them.

John brought in his equipment and sprayed a chemical over all the spots to help break down the waste and bile before he began to clean. I was impressed with the amount he used. Then he began to clean the carpet. Again he reapplied the chemical and repeated these steps several times. This process took well over an hour. It was not an easy task. I was amazed how much John was able to get out of the carpet. He said, he would have to come back in a couple days to reapply the chemical and clean the spots that weren't completely removed. I was very happy and inpressed with his professionalism and HARD WORK. I decided to have John clean the rest of my carpet through out my home when he returned. John and his son returned a couple of days later and reapplied the chemical and cleaned the affected areas, as well as cleaned the carpet through out the rest of my home and applied a teflon coating for additional protection. The rest of the carpet in my home looked brand new when they were finished. John was coming out one more time, because a very large spot where my dog had vomited is still slightly visible. Bile is extremely difficult to remove due to the acids. DO NOT USE CARPET SHAMPOO ON BILE or DIARRHEA as it may reduce the chance of it being completely removed. HOT WATER ONLY. Per the Pro's. I thought my nightmare was over. The following day or so while waiting for John to return, I decided to confine my dog in the kitchen that has a linoleum floor with the aide of a baby gate, which my dog has always respected in the past. (I don't leave my dog outside while I'm gone). I did this just in case of another episode. I left my home for a short time and when I returned not only did my dog knock down the baby gate, but she went over by the patio door, which she is accustomed to going in and out of and over in the corner she had another episode of diarrhea. I wanted to cry. I waited until the next day to call John and told him the bad news. He said, "he'd be back". The next trip out, John's son came out and removed the diarrhea just as John did a few days prior. It was a good decision to place the teflon coating on the carpet, because I think the diarrhea was removed easier than the first time around. Another excellent job well done by the GORMAN family. John will be returning for the final attempt to remove the slightly visible stain from episode one. John said, a third application of the chemical and one more cleaning in those particular areas usually works in his experience. I have total faith in John and his work. I thought his pricing for all his HARD WORK and materials were exceptionally responsible. I absolutely would recommend CENTURY CARPET CARE to everyone, especially those who have animals.
