+ -1 moreTodd has been servicing my Air Conditioning system for at least 7 years. Finally, our old system experienced a refrigerant leak that couldn't be fixed easily. Todd offered two options: replace the coil, or replace the system. Our home maintenance insurance thought his estimate was too high, so I told them to pay me the cash option, and I told Todd to replace our system. He did and it's perfect! Todd has my complete confidence. He's everything I could want: honest, reliable, prompt, and (did I say) honest!!!

+ -1 moreIt went very, very well, completed between 7:45AM and 2:00PM, with no difficulties at all. Punctual, top quality and "as advertised."
Description of Work: Todd replaced our old Trane Gas Pack unit with a new Goodman Gas Pack Heating and Air conditioning, roof-mounted unit. He had been maintaining the old unit for the past 3 years, and had discovered a bad condenser coil system which had caused freon leaks. He gave me the option of replacing just the coil system, but recommended the new unit. I agreed.
