Description of Work: Spent 1 hour mainly on phone, I think he was on Samsung web site, after 1 hour told me I needed a new ice maker $350. I had second company come out, 14 minutes to diagnose problem, known problem of ice build up in this Samsung refrigerator. Arranged to come back in 1 week to get $11 part from Samsung, and check for other possible causes of ice build up. Came back 1 week later and told me that I didn't need any par to fix the problem but that 7 small fixes were recommended by Samsung (showed me the info) the largest was sealing the ice maker compartment with a bead of sealant. Removed large amount of ice from behind ice maker and told to thaw refrigerator for 24 hours to allow build up of ice behind panel to thaw, which would allow fan to work again. Total cost $190. No I will not use your company again your tech had no idea what the problem was, wasted my time and charged me $49 for a miss diagnosis. Please screen your techs better.
