WILLIE HICKEY HANDYMAN SVC

He called me after my request on the website. We set up a time to meet and I explained I was coming from Los Angeles county to meet him at a rental property. We had a set time of 11am. He FORGOT what time we were supposed to meet and tried to get a hold of me through the website but it didnt work, according to him. I received no message, voice mail, or text message. Apparently, he then just decided on his own to go over to the property at 8am. The tenant called at 10:30 am to say that Willie had been there since 8am waiting. I called Willie right after and before at our scheduled time to discuss the work and how to approach the jobs. He said he didn't have time to wait and that it would ruin his day to wait for me. He said he didn't have time for that. He did not let me speak or discuss any thing further and then HUNG UP on me. This is not professional, nor someone who I want working with me. We as customers know the workers have busy schedules, just like we do, but Willie not only deviated from the plan, he never called me to show up early, and he then hung up on me before we even got to discuss the job. He was rude and unprofessional. Willie also apparently doesn't know how to use the contact system within the website either. What a way to run a business and waste his own time...and mine. I will NEVER use him again. I do not deserved to be talked to like that.
