Every aspect of the process was performed by qualified professionals, installation crew, Samuel Ramirez and Carlos Cruz were very experienced, hard working and thorough. Couldn't have expected more from them.

Reps came on time and spent whole day taking out old unit and installing new one.

Daniel the rep came and explained all the work that needed to be done politely not in a pushy manner. Only suggestions gave me the position to choose. The workers were all great. They were all great.

The gentlemen came to the door, stated their names & company, share in detail. What they would be doing set up traffic areas with tarps, start work, very courteous with every aspect of the installation.

Professional, clean, reliable, well trained staff did a wonderful job removing my old AC & Heater and installing a new Lennox system!

We finally decided to put in a/c as our house was built late 1950s. To do so we had to have the FAU replaced so it would be compatible with the a/c.due to the new technology. Also the ducting was the original ducting and needed to be replaced. They showed up on time, in fact early (I thought it was scheduled for the 19th at 10 a.m., they showed up on the 17th at 8 a.m.). No problem!They were VERY professional, VREY clean. Two installers initially arrived. A short while later 2 more installers appeared. They cleaned up the messes as they went. When I had a question they knew the answer. They instructed me on the units' uses, and demonstrated, allowed me to do return demonstration so I would know how to use it (the thermostat). They explained what all the different units attached to the FAU and a./c functions are. The 4 installers on my job were Van, Jesse, Kenny, and Felipe. Oh, SO VERY IMOPORTANT, they all spoke English clearly, no accents. I even used the service afterwards because the a/c stopped functioning. They're 24 hours/day service, very prompt, on time, very knowledgeable, fixed the problem immediately.

We Care staff was on time and professional. Explain the entire process and kept me informed throughout the installation. Completed the work at a reasonable time frame. Very fast and in removing old items.

4 guys came at 8 pm sharp, nice and professional. Got job done quickly and perfect. Great crew.

Servicemen were very polite and efficient. Each time they came down from the attic they vacuumed the space.

This company is amazing! From the sales rep to the technicians to t he support staff and follow up crew they are top notch in quality and service, friendliness and politeness. I worked with Tina and Van and Geno. I had a giant 65 year old Lennox heater in an equally older home, so they had to use a lot of knowledge and creativity to solve a labyrinth of house issues. When the original installation plan was no longer feasible, they came back with 2 possible solutions and let me choose the one I wanted, never once trying to steer my decision. They even upgraded the unit at no charge! When a small issue came up the following day, they were there in a few hours to troubleshoot and fix it. They were always polite and cheerful, even though the job took longer than originally anticipated because of the way my house was built. They even asked for permission to use the bathroom and before they left they cleaned up thoroughly and even swept up a mess which was not their doing I am a real estate broker so I deal with a lot of contractors---and I am super impressed with we care!
