+ -1 moreFirst time we used Tom, tried to have him come out before but he was out of town. Decided to give him another shot, he was out within 30 minutes from when I called him. Got the shower back to working condition, great guy, will call from now on!
Description of Work: Fixed shower on/off at rental property, was leaky and unable to turn on.

Description of Work: On most recent date, he changed out the toilet inner hardware on 2 toilets. We've had Tom do our plumbing repairs for many years now. He's honest and pleasant and efficient. He's set up new fixtures and repaired old ones over the years. He's genuinely a nice, honest guy.

+ -1 moreWe have used Tom Mayfield for our plumber for our Villa Park house for over 20 years, on many occasions. We think he is the most honest and fair plumber out there. Whenever possible, we would rather wait until he can schedule us in, rather than risk being ripped off by some other plumbing company. He is reasonable in his pricing, and does not look for ways to charge extra. We always found other bids to be higher than his.
Description of Work: Multiple visits over the years for wide range of plumbing issues.

+ -1 moreI did think that they were very clean because they wore shoe covers and cleaned up their mess very well. They were very dependable and showed up when they said that they would. I have used this company before and their prices are not the best, but they are very reliable and they do a good job.

+ -1 moreTHE FAUCET HAD A DEFECTIVE PART SO HE WASN'T ABLE TO FINISH THE JOB. WHEN I GOT THE PART BACK, I CALLED HIM UP AND HE INSTALLED IT WITHOUT FURTHER COST. HE'S THE KIND OF GUY THAT YOU CAN TELL IS NOT OUT TO "SCREW THE CUSTOMER." HE'S A REALLY NICE GUY. I PAID NOTHING UNTIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETE, WHICH TOOK OVER TWO AND A HALF WEEKS.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A NEW COUNTERTOP AND A NEW FAUCET, A SOLID SURFACE COUNTERTOP.
