The service was pretty good. They came back to do some touch up on some spots.They were very professional and the owner explained in detail what they were doing, the type of paint they used, and where is was purchased from. They were straight forward and everything was up front. I feel their prices are a little high.

It was excellent!

Crew showed up on time. Owner, Jason Lee, accompanied the crew and we discussed the myriad of items I wanted addressed. Jason helped us with the painting scheme, i.e. what accent color should go where and why and our options. They started off by power-washing then scraping and sanding the entire house. The crew of three spent the entire day patching, stuccoing, caulking around windows and caulking where the wood eaves meet the stucco walls. This crew of three had obviously worked together. There was some coordination between them, but far less than I would think necessary. Each seemed to know what he needed to do and he went about doing it. They worked amazingly quickly. The next day when they got started I had a question about primer. I asked the supervisor of the three-man crew, and he responded, but he also called the owner and the owner came out and discussed it with me as well. The owner even had a representative from the company supplying the paint (Dunn Edwards) call me to discuss the paint's characteristics. This day was spent painting and doing some other patching. The third day was more painting and finishing up the trim. My wife is quite detail-oriented and very picky, and she made sure they addressed the tiniest of details. Everything we asked them to do, they did. They patched every patch we asked for. Some parts of the house are more exposed to damage by the prevailing winds and rain. When we pointed these out to them they gave them an extra coat of paint without our asking. They did not charge more than the quote for any of our additional requests. They performed everything quoted plus the extra items requested during the job. After removing their substantial equipment (13 ladders, several airless painters, power washers, lots of equipment and supplies), they cleaned up and then power washed all the walkways, driveways, etc. around the house. They showed up on time, were cheerful, responsive, and went the extra-mile to ensure my satisfaction. They were also the least expensive (and quickest) of all the painters that provided me quotes. I'm no painting expert, but I've had other painters I've hired do nowhere near the job these folks did. I also recently watched the crews that painted some of my neighbors houses, and this crew was by far superior.
