They did an excellent job in the initial visit with checking for termites and gave me several options to consider. It was a very thorough inspection and did the job a week after the inspection. It went really well. I would definitely recommend this company. Cesar Sanchez the GM was the one I dealt with and left a great impression!

Alex was great to work with. He was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. The work crew came in and was very thorough in their work and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. The follow-up was also on point. We would definitely recommend them to others with termite control needs.

I had an emergency situation and No-Nonsense came out quickly to access the problem and scheduled a treatment within a few days. They were prompt, thorough and professional.

We had three companies give us free estimates and chose No-Nonsense as they have extensive knowledge of working with mobile homes as they are not built the same as houses. (I'm sure they are equally knowledgeable working with houses) . They were the only Company that would agree to chemical treatment of the outside walls rather than tenting the building. At our advanced age we did not want the disruption of the tenting, all the preparation and the loss of our beautiful plants on the patio and those surrounding our home. We now have an annual inspection and treatment contract with them so we have peace of mind. They were able to accomplish all this in one day with no needed preparation on our part. We are impressed with the knowledge of the Company Representative and the expert that did the work. We thought it was a fair price and are so pleased with the result.

They sent Cesar, the general manager, out to meet us for the assessment and quote for the work that was needed. He instilled a sense of trust and honesty immediately. We had originally had Terminix come out and give a quote. They said we had to tent the house right off the bat. Cesar told us that their company could do a local treatment for the trouble areas. They offered 3 levels of treatment ranging from the most economic to the more aggressive treatment. We opted for the highest level. They sprayed our entire attic and all garage wood with the chemicals, they even cleaned the termite droppings. They also drilled holes and injected chemical on the outside of the house to deal with the subterranean termites attacking our patio. Cesar also pointed out the damaged wood in our rafters, patio and main beams and advised that we could either have a private contractor repair the damage or their company could do the work. We opted to have no-nonsense termite co perform the work. We wanted it done, right. The outcome exceeded our expectations. Our new front wood beam looks great along with all the other repairs we requested!! The best thing was the communication back and forth with this company. They were straight forward, and told us what needed to be done and gave us options. The "other" company didn't give us any options at all and did not offer repair of any of the damaged wood. We basically had one and only one option. We didn't like that very much. They were not very thorough, nor did they explain their findings whereas no-nonsense termite company explained everything in details we could understand. I would highly recommend this company and we plan on renewing our warranty once the year is up. They have a $200 termite control offer for Angie's list members which we plan on continuing with once our 1 year warranty is up. We greatly appreciate the work and the service received by Cesar and Ramon. They're truly professional and great at what they do. I couldn't boast and commend them for all of their work. They're great people in my book. Keep in mind that this is a family owned business, so the customer service is definitely there. They were professional from the beginning to the end. The non-nonsense termite company is a very professional company and well trusted. Alex the inspector was very professional and well informative. They all arrive on time, very clean. Ramon ( that's my guy) very well educated gentleman and hard working along the way with Dave. I will highly recommend this company....

Treatment was quick & thorough. Wood repair was done carefully and tile roof was not damaged during repairs. Joe did great repair.

Very happy with their performance and professional service

I've been using No Nonsense as termite control for about 10 years and highly recommend using them. I am on an on-going membership and they come out and treat anytime I see evidence of termites for a reasonable annual fee. The provide great service and know what they are doing - very knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with termites. I also like the non-harmful-to-pets product they use because I have 2 indoor cats and would worry about health issues otherwise. It's also nice to see the same people over time, and they know me and my place and where issues were in the past. I'm so happy I found this company to treat the termites.

The inspector arrived on time and proceeded to conduct a thorough inspection inside, outside and underneath our mobile home. We have been pleased with the continual warranty program since they first eliminated our subterranean termite problem about two years ago. Others had tried to rid us of the infestation and No-Nonsense was the only successful company to do it. The inspector was courteous, professional and explained what he was looking for as evidence of termites and made a thorough look crawng around under the structure. We are very pleased with our experience and their professional services.

The gentleman that arrived to do the inspection was Lonnie. Lonnie has been 'the' guy the past 3-4 years. I am always glad to see the same people. My observation is that people remain with companies that are good to work for. I was called about a week before to remind me of the annual inspection and to set up a convenient time for the service, That was done. Lonnie called me when he was about 30 minutes away. He arrives, we talk (he is a pleasant guy) he tells me what he is going to do and he begins the process. First the inside. then the outside and finally under the house. When he was finished he explained he saw no evidence of termites. (Yah) I paid the annual inspection fee and he left. In my opinion the company has always been professional in our dealings. I have appreciated all the people I have come in contact with are willing to take the time to answer any questions I may have. If you are concerned about termites, at the very least make No-Nonsense a company to talk with.

Inspector showed up on time and completed the full house inspection (including attic and crawlspace underneath) in a timely fashion. Spotted a couple new termite colonies and treated them at no additional cost. This was part of an annual inspection regiment that typically discovers a new termite colony about every third year. They treat the colonies at no additional cost and kill the colony before it gets too well established.

We have used No Nonsense for Termite inspection for 8 years. They are polite, quick, complete and very informative. We have had the same 2 or 3 people come over that period of time which indicates that there is consistency within their organization and the employees stay. For the fee, we feel it is the best 'insurance policy' in the event we were to sell or require any kind of inspection. It is also an inexpensive way to know our home is termite free while we watch other homes being tented. Just today, Lonnie Williams arrived to inspect the attic and rest of house inside and out. I recognized him as one of the people who had been here in the past. He also said once he was in the attic, he recognized it and knew he had been here previously. He was quick, very concerned about not tracking anything on the carpet or leaving any residual dust/dirt from opening the attic access. He was professional, a gentleman (and that really means something these days), and just a good employee for No Nonsense. He can back anytime!

On the day of the scheduled service two technicians from the No-Nonsense Termite CO arrived at my home ten minutes earlier than the actual time. They both spoke English, which was beneficial in understanding what they were going to do. They were courteous and professional and completed all the work I agreed to pay for.

It went fine. They are always very efficient and professional. I've been with them for over 10 years and have a yearly contract with them. They come once a year for an overall check, and will come back as many times as I need them to during that year if I should have any termite sightings. I would recommend them to anyone.

It went great! I would definitely recommend them and have, in fact, done so many times over the years. They call at the same time each year to schedule our inspection. They are prompt, friendly, and professional. We appreciate that when they go under our home to perform the inspection, they make as little mess as possible and are very conscientious about being neat. They are always very thorough. They've been taking care of my business and my home for many years. They do good quality work. After we've paid for our inspection each year, if we do have any problems during the year, we call them and they always respond quickly and appropriately, not avoiding our call like other companies sometimes do. We are very pleased with their service.

Cesar Sanchez the General Manager came out and was patient and professional. He inspected the entire house including the attic, crawlspace, interior and exterior of house. He also pointed out areas with wood rot around my house. Cesar supplied me with a non-tenting solution with 3 budget options. I selected the middle price range solution and I also elected to have areas of wood rot fixed. The crew (David, Joseph and Ramon) came out 3 days later and were on time, polite and professional. Ramon vacuumed areas where Termite droppings were obvious. David drilled holes in the interior walls and foamed areas for termites and then filled holes with caulk. I can barely make out where they drilled :-). David vacuumed up the dust created by drilling. Ramon sprayed under the house and in the attic. Joseph removed rain gutters so as to cut out areas of wood rot in the eaves and also replaced fascia boards and primed the area with primer. He also caulked between areas of fascia boards and rain gutters. A very thorough, neat and complete job. I am very satisfied. Well done gentlemen!

Originally, I called them because I had noticed termite droppings in my garage. I was quickly able to schedule a convenient appointment for an inspection. Upon completion of that, I was informed of the results in a language I could understand and given various suggested options for treatment. It was nice to be able to choose a "budget friendly" option. I chose to have them do some wood replacement along with the termite eradication. The work was completed by a crew who were professional and efficient. A few years later I called them to have their pest control division come out & spray for a spider problem I was having in my back yard. I was so thrilled with the results that I am now on a monthly spray schedule! I have been treated respectfully and fairly and would recommend this company to anyone seeking termite or pest control services.

The no-nonsense termite company is top notch and very well staff with professionals, The inspector Alex is very knowledgeable and guide us through the whole entire recommendation for our home he offered us what was right and did not try to sell us anything else more than what we needed for the termite control here at our property.

I recommend No nonesense termite to anyone that needs an exterminator

They went up into the attic and and sprayed with the chemical used. The add on room was built on a concert slab, so they treated all outside walls by drilling small holes where need and sprayed the chemical used through those holes. Holes were filled but didm"t need to be painted as you could hardly see where the went into the wall. They went into craw space under the house to treat for sub terrain and dry wood termites. The wood in the garage was also treated for termites. So all in all the job went very well and according to agreement.
