Didn’t call me back when he said he would. Returned my call after I called him again. Made an appointment but never showed up. I called him and was told in a very matter-of-fact manner that he was still on another job. No phone call advising that he would be late, and seemed irritated that I actually expected him to make the window of time that he selected.

They came in, did everything quickly and well and left. The quality of the workmanship is superb. I had a small anomaly with the price after everything was completed (hence why the "B"), but Steve responded quickly and explained adequately enough that I felt it resolved. If you want a job done quickly and well, Steve is definitely the guy you want to consider.

Was on time, quick to diagnose and repair. Work was neat, clean well put together.

This was a new ceiling fan installed where there was not previously any light fixture. Super professional and neat. Great work. Have already had them back out to do a different job.

Miguel was very pleasant, professional and did a great job. After he installed the exhaust fan, he didn't leave the clean up to me. I definitely would hire this electrician again and would recommend him to everyone I know.

Replaced and examined breaker switch in panel box. Put in new light switch with dimmer in hall for ceiling hall light (after finding cause of the hall light going out). Miguel explained procedures.worked quickly and arrived exactly on time. Very satisfied with the results.

Great! Job was completed as scheduled and everything was cleaned up at completion of the work. Steve was very professional and didn’t tell me that my Charger installation would require additional electrical work, as other electrical contractors had who I received a bid from. Steve also took care of obtaining the required permit from the City for the installation work.

I hired Steve Cavenee Electrical Contracting to install a smart thermostat, a smart light switch, and four new LED lights in my home. The technician was on-time and worked quickly and efficiently. He was in and out in 40 minutes and I found the final cost to be reasonable. The cost included the cost of the new lights (but not the thermostat, I bought that). Highly recommended.

Called Steve about broken piece of plastic that houses kitchen ceiling light tubes. He understood immediately what I needed and suggested I might want to also consider rewiring and converting to LED, which made a lot of sense. Original set-up is 33 years old and not very efficient. Sounds expensive and labor intensive? No, he says, it will just take 15 minutes to convert, plus the cost of the part and tubes. I'd called someone else first. No straight answers. They would have to come out first and run "diagnostics". Do they have free estimates, I asked? Sure, but the "diagnostics" cost $55, blah, blah, blah. Called another place, "big job" they said. I was looking at, at least $200-$300! Not Steve. Straight forward, no nonsense, knows what he's doing. Called him on his cell a couple of times, he answered immediately. Said if Electrician doesn't show up on time, to call his cell, he "likes to know where his guys are". Electrician showed up on time, 15 minutes later, done! Just like he said! Amazing!!

Awesome! There were several people working at my house. They were all polite and knew exactly what was expected of them and how to do it. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Very professional!

Prompt and friendly. The gentleman was very efficient and took only an hour to perform all the tasks. I might ad that everything was prewired before he came and I provide all materials except the 20 amp breaker, which the company provided. All in all, it was a good experience, thank you.
