Description of Work: Although there were some scheduling issues, Steve's group provided high quality service that was very courteous and attentive to our questions and needs. I appreciate Steve taking calls at odd hours and last minute change order requests without hesitation.

Description of Work: Service electrician showed up at 1:50. Schedule time was 11:00 to 12:00. Job was to replace two circuit breaker in fuse panel. Serviceman brought defective part that did not work. Serviceman had to call his boss Steve several times because he was confuse as what to do. He install one of the circuit breaker and disconnected 240 volt line in laundry room instead of using the defective part he brought. Charged us for two circuit breakers at $40 each. Don't use these guys, they have over scheduled, wait time was 10 days or more and are unprofessional

Description of Work: Electrical repair--problem recurred and they failed to promptly follow-up. Have been terribly difficult in trying to reschedule, refused to come back.

Description of Work: Sean and Jesus rewired the garage to bring up to building codes. Sean reconfigured a dimmer switch, dual connected light switches in a hallway, and rewired/grounded an electrical outlet in the living room. All work was completed in four hours to our complete satisfaction.

Description of Work: Installed new ceiling fan in a bedroom. It went very smoothly. I was very pleased with the service. The electrician was punctual, friendly and efficient. I would definitely refer them to friends and hire them again.

Description of Work: I told him what I needed done. Mounting a TV and installing a motion detector patio light. I would have been amenable to additional cost given that I paid for two hours of electrician time and conceivably it could take longer. I will never know as he never attempted to contact me back.

Description of Work: They did the free inspection, but they tried to sell me other services that I didn't need. They told me about mold...and wanted to sell me an air scrubber. My mother asked for more information, but they never responded to us. Sounds like they were trying to make a sale on something we probably didn't really need. I called them about it, and they never responded. I guess if there was mold in my air ducts that was that bad, they should have taken photos and shown me. So...in that sense, I am not sure.
