Description of Work: I paid. Money was taken by Angie's List on March 26th. I was suppose to be contacted by the 29th. On the 30th I received a call just as I was going into a meeting. I asked for a call back the next day to make an appointment. It is now Monday, April 4th. I just called them and got voicemail. I left a message requesting a call back for an appointment - or my money back if I don't hear back. This isn't an emergency but you/they/he have had my monies for 10 days and I don't even have an appointment scheduled.

Description of Work: The work was very good. The time frame he stated was wrong and working with steve was horrible. He changed the price from the estimate and was not caring about it or the extra time it took. I had to do some of the work myself or the job would of even took longer.

Description of Work: The lighting fixture and dimmer switch was fixed professionally. I was disappointed with the time it took to schedule the service and lateness of the crew on the scheduled day. Also, customer service needs improvement. I was billed for work that was already paid.
