Steve was very thorough and detailed in his explanation of the work required for what we wanted done. It gave me confidence that he would be the right choice. The work was done over a couple of months by two different teams (he prefers the same team, but that could not happen this time). Both teams were friendly, polite, and they did a great job. I will certainly hire them again in the future.

I needed a fan/Bluetooth speaker installed above my shower

Steve the owner was prompt and courteous in calling me. He scheduled the work and his installer showed up no time. The installer kept in touch and let me know he was on his way. He was clean and thorough. Very happy with the results.

Cabling went well but they spent an extra hour trying to see if they did the cables correctly. Unfortunately they weren't skilled in troubleshooting networking issues. The problem was with the computer, not the cables. Otherwise this was an excellent, well priced experience.

Installation of multiple bathroom light fixtures

It went very well. The electricians were professional, smart and started problem solving promptly. I will definitely refer again.

The electrician was 3 hours late of what I was told, but after he arrived, everything went smooth. Only took him an hour to do all the work needed.

Billy pointed out a GFI outlet I forgot about.

Very well. It can be hard to find the source of a problem like that, but thankfully the two-man team that came was able to locate and fix the problem, alleviating concern about a potentially dangerous situation. They did not bill us after the work was done, and a couple of weeks later I am still waiting for an invoice.

I was under time constraints for completing the work. Steve managed to make some time for my projects, sent a crew over to address the issues I needed to have corrected. The work was done well, professionally, and within the time constraints attached to the projects. I would hire Steve again. He'll be a first call.

Quick resolution. Offered to do installation not included in requested service since the job too so little time. Also helped resolve a separate issue on the phone avoiding service call. Outstanding vendor!

Steve did a great job and his people there and on time, make appropriate suggestions when needed and pretty much handled everything including inspections, paperwork etc. pretty much great price and full service.

Steve was very up front and we scheduled work accordingly. Work crew was on time, punctual and efficient. Got the job done and cleaned up quickly. The billing is pending due to holiday week, but over all satisfied and would use Steve again.

The power brown-out happened on a Friday afternoon and I babied it Saturday and Sunday by flipping the breakers on-and-off which I was terrified of doing. I didn't want to make matters worse. I came to work Monday morning, did a quick look on Angie's and found Steve. I chose him for his high rating. I called, left a frantic message and prayed I hear something quick. It all happened during all the rain we received in late February. Received a call within a couple of hours. We made arrangements for him to get into my yard (I drove home from work and left the gate unlocked) so his guys could come by and take a look a things. They didn't make it, by the time I got home from work and it was raining and I just figured they'd make it the next day. By 4:30p I texted Steve to say I'd see him possibly the next day? He immediately texted back and said "No, my guys are on the way, they'll be there, rain or no rain!". God bless him! (I'd rigged up a 100ft extension cord that ran from my fridge out into my garage where I still had power so I wasn't too put-out convenience wise as the back of my house had power too). Sure enough, at 5p two tired, wet guys got to my house. I went out with them and held an umbrella over them while the looked at my breaker box. It was determined that - YES.. the breakers were very old and needed to be replaced and then discovered that during a remodel the breaker box had been compromised and not repaired correctly, so basically the whole thing had to come out and be replaced. For that night though they reset the breakers again to hopefully give me power for the night and said Steve would be in touch to schedule an appt for them to come tear it out. The power stayed on for two hours, surged and blew again, so I retreated to the back of the house and and didn't worry about it. I'd left my fridge plugged into the extension cord, so I was okay for food! I just had to take it to work to cook it since my oven and stove are gas with electric starters... no cooking at home! The crew came out four days later to demo the box and re-install a new, bigger one with all new breakers and room for more as my old one was to capacity. The demo and waiting for the city inspector to sign-off on each step made the project drag on for weeks no fault being with Steve and his crew. It's just the way things are. Throughout the entire ordeal, I had power the first day of the demo, the rest was all cosmetic and re-construction of my wall (stucco etc). His crew changed for each phase and every crew member were polite, courteous and extremely neat! I'd check their progress each time and short of the huge hole in my wall, you'd never know they'd been there. The clean-up was spot-on each time and they always closed my gate and let me know when they were coming and going. They were almost done with the final stages when my pool service contacted me to say that the state laws had changed on the grounding laws for pool filters and mine needed to be changed to bring it up to the new laws. I had him contact Steve and the two of them worked out what needed to be done and the cost of that upgrade was added to the bill and now I know I'm good and safe for the pool and the house. Just knowing the two trades Since I work super early in the mornings and later into the afternoon and evenings, I couldn't be home when they'd come and I never felt creepy leaving my gate unlocked as they came and went which was a huge thing that I didn't have to be there each time. The final stage of the stucco is beautiful and matches what is there already, so I'm totally good to go!

I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish. Steve responded immediately and was able to schedule an appointment right away. He was very pleasant. He explained very carefully what to expect and how he did his billing. The guys arrived on time and were polite and friendly. They informed me of what they needed to do and worked efficiently, then tidied up, even boxing up my old fan so that it can be used by someone else. They were good natured about my error in forgetting to give them the remote controls for the fans and quickly set that up for me. I will definitely use this company in the future and recommend it to others.

Background: we are in midst of working w Mr Cavenee to replace all the light switches, power outlets and some GFIs w AlumiCon connectors, as our house was constructed in 1967 w aluminum wiring. Re: comments that Mr Cavenee is "rude": He also became a little upset w my questions, but I now understand how frustrating it must be having to often correct misunderstandings people have re: electrical issues, often provided by other electricians who want to make a fast buck from laypeople, the majority of whom have no electronics logic. So, I feel that Mr Cavenee's occasional anger is righteous. People without integrity don't get upset the way he does...it's evident that fraud and waste disgust him. This is what makes someone professional, and why I defend him.

Didnt hire cause of his rude service over the phone...explained what was needed...what my husband n son had done and was told that no matter what they did...it would have to be done over their way...told them to forget my info and i would go with a different company

We paid approximately a couple thousand to have our outlets re opened and checked wires and then the employee that did the work Quit his job, we ...the customers did not know exactly what outlets were done and which ones were not - the Owner Steve told us we would have to pay to have someone re open all the outlets again to check all of them because their employee Quit! We ended up paying someone else to re open them! and we still had to pay for another employee from this company to come check an outlet for about 20 minutes! Steve was Rude and Mad when I asked to not have to pay AGAIN to re open the walls and do the job correctly -at his cost because it was not our fault that the paperwork from his employees didn't show what work was done and what needs to be finished - Also, a lot of cancellations because of employees either not showing up for work or other excuses- not reliable at all! DONT RECOMMEND!
