Steve Cavenee Electric has proudly served Southern California, including Orange, West Riverside and East Los Angeles counties for over forty years, since 1980; Licensed, Insured, and Bonded under California State License number C10 467884. During that time, we have maintained a small crew of electricians, which has allowed us to deliver the kind of personalized service our customers have come to expect. BBB acredited. We are happy to offer a $10 Senior Citizen discount for customers over 65, as well as a free service panel "Tune-up" for all Angie's List members, (a $75.00 value). Description of Work: Bought deal for 2hours electrical work and asked for certain days/times. No call or email to schedule. So I called and made an appointment for yesterday when I was told that electricians would be in my area. I made clear that they had to arrive and be finished by a certain time- when I had to leave the house. Not only did service NOT SHOW UP, there was never even a phone call. Apparently came while I was out - which of course was useless.

Description of Work: Initially purchased a deal for an outdoor outlet and was never contacted to schedule. I finally went to contact them and discovered the same deal was offered cheaper. I made the exchange with AL and contacted to schedule. I was offered an appointment for the following day between 10 and 12. Noon rolls around and no one had shown up. I finally get a call at 12:20 telling me they are not going to show up after I've moved things in garage to allow room for the work to be done and waited all morning. I've rescheduled for the following week, not the most convenient time for me, we'll see if they show up then.

Customer cancelled the 2nd appointment and got a refund from Angie's List. We called as soon as we were able to inform the customer were unable to keep our original appointment. The crew was stuck on the previous job, which turned out to require the remainder of the day to complete. This was unknown to us until we got into the project somewhat, and by the time we were able to evaluate the scope of work there, it was 20 minutes past our appointment time. I apologized for the slow communication, but the customer was unwilling to accept our situation. There's no way we could've done any better on this. Sorry it caused you any inconvenience
