The two guys arrived on time and started work immediately. Lucky for me the canister lights only needed to be adjusted so I didn't need to have them replaced. That was great. They replaced the original bathroom fan with the new high flow silent unit I requested as well. They were in and out in about an hour. Overall a great experience and I'd recommend them.

Steve is great, I will definitely use him again. This is the second time I bought a deal from him on Angie's List and it was well worth the money.

Work and patching went very well. Almost cannot tell they went into the walls. Very happy with the work done and will definitely be going back for more work in the house at a later date. Thanks, Steve!

Steve and his team did a very good job. They were professional, courteous, easy to work with and performed the services as requested. They completed the work in the time estimated and even provided some insight and advice on residential home electrical issues and common fixes. Started out good at the end of December 2013 when I called Steve for an estimate. He gave me an estimate over the phone for $1200 to $1400, but said that he would have to check out site for a FIRM $$$ proposal. He came out on 3 separate occasions to determine estimate, including his checking with So Cal Edison & Orange city planner for their requirements. This took almost 8 WEEKS for him, & included my many calls & e-mails to try to get him to respond. I should have been very concerned at this time for having him to do the work, but he seemed very eager and knowledgeable about his work. His proposal now increased to $1700. More than 4 weeks later, he finally finished the job & the cost now jumped to $2322. During that time, his workers came out on 5 separate times, including one time to redo work that was done incorrectly & not to code. His workers were almost always at least 1 hour late from his promised start time, & I had to continually call him many times to get a commitment to continue the work being done. The only positive that I can say about this company was that the quality of work was good.

They were good when we scheduled an appointment. They were a bit hesitant at first. I just decided not to do the deal.

It took a while for them to realize they could not diagnose the problem so they decided to wire around the issue and it worked out fine. The guys that came out today were great and actually finished in a half hour under their estimate.

It was very good and I haven't had any problems.

We were installing home automation light switches, and found that some of our existing switches were only wired with two wires. A third wire was needed for the new automated switches, so we called Steve to have him come out and run the wiring through our attic and down to the switches. We purchased an Angie's deal for the first two hours of labor. He sent two guys who took several hours to complete the work. They did a professional job, and cleaned up after they were done. Our automated lights work perfectly!

. Steve changed the date once, and adjusted the time, but that day was sooner, and better for me, Steve kept in contact with me and responded quickly. The two guys that came were friendly and polite, and went right to work. They asked me to show them what needed to be done, I like that they were unobtrusive and worked quickly. I am very hesitant to have workers/contractors in my home that I don't know - especially upstairs in the bedroom, but I felt comfortable with the guys that came out which is very important. I had several questions about fixtures, and wattage of lights etc. and it was all explained to me nicely so that I didn't feel like a dummy! I would use them again. The job took less time than Steve told me originally, and there was a coupon which reduced the price. The guys worked quickly and efficiently. They had me sign a form stating the time they came, and the time they left which was exactly one hour.

They were great. I only paid for the big deal price and they did the job shortly after I purchased the deal. I already disconnected the alarm but I wanted to make sure that all the other control boxes were disconnected. When I unhooked the intercom, the doorbell did not work so after they shut off the power of the intercom then they fixed the doorbell. They also made sure that all the intercom boxes were disconnected. It went great. They have done work for me before and the guys are really nice. They get right to the job and get it done. I enjoy working with them a lot. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

It was a pretty bad experience. It was a fairly simple job. I called him up on Friday and he said he would call me back I never recieved. I then decided to give him another call and ran over the project details. He said that if he didn’t find the electrical issue in two hours I would have to pay on the hour for two workers. I decided to cancel out this big deal. I had the impression he didn’t just want to perform the job, but that he wanted to get me into a bigger job.

Steve came by several months ago to provide an estimate and look at a couple of potential electrical projects to which we could apply a coupon we purchased off of Angie's list last summer. We ended up waiting almost half a year to actually call back and get the work done. He was good about letting me take a couple pictures of our electrical box so that he'd be able to show up with the right supplies and start work without having to come back and do another estimate, since no reasonable person would remember the original estimate. The electrician that came seemed very knowledgeable, spoke native English, and was great about asking questions whenever needed and explaining what he was doing and why. He was on time and was able to do the job alone, saving me some money, as originally, a second person was felt to be needed for part of the job. I'm not sure if their prices are the best. The price above includes an Angie's list coupon ($99 for 2 hours of labor). The total still came in higher than some prices I've heard for adding an outlet although I don't know the exact details for the other jobs. I've also seen coupons here for $200 to install a new outlet. Not sure if that would have been a more cost effective option. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use these guys again.

Pretty well. They changed their appointment from afternoon to morning, so they had to work around plumbers in the same area. They had a pretty good attitude about having to share/wait for space. In the process, also found some non-code wiring done by previous house owner and pointed out and explained the issue to me. Had I known our home warranty would refuse to handle it, I would have asked Cavanee's guys to do so..

When making the appointment, the office rep and Steve were easy to talk to and coordinate with. Unfortunately, there was an issue with their communication with their technician. He showed up 2 hours outside of the scheduled appointment window. He was apologetic but it was a total inconvenience. When he did take a look at out bathroom light box we wanted to move over a few inches he said he would have to come back the next day to actually do the job since it was already the end of the day.

They came out around 8am and finished within an hour. They did a good job. There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal. The pricing was very good. I was totally happy with my experience. I purchased two Big Deals, but only one can be used per household so I had to have one refunded.

This purchase didn't go so well. His professionalism was terrible. He came out and spent 45 minutes to an hour talking on the phone to someone else. He kept trying to redirect me to doing other work and when I told him what the problem was, he kept telling me that it couldn't possibly be the issue. He then sent out someone else to do the work, who completely started troubleshooting other areas and ended up charging me more money. I ended up being right about the problem, so I ended up paying extra for troubleshooting. He wasted a lot of my time when a $35 part needed replaced. I wouldn't even let him on my property again.

Got the deal and an estimate from the guys to perform the work. But could not get time to get the work done for this then. And contacted the guys much later and scheduled the work for January 2014, but got a txt message early in the morning that they won't be able to come to do the work due to some issue on their side. I see that the deal expired without me even trying it. And hence want the refund for it. Thanks.

Steve is the best and he is right here in Orange. I have referred him to others and will use him again.

Everything was excellent except I was promised that the patched holes in the bedroom wall would be unnoticable. The patches are OK but far from unnoticable. In fairness, patching the orange peel texture used so much in CA can be a real challenge.

I The work went very well; my only disappointment concerned the multiple "trip" charges . Once bids are in and they exceed $2000.00 I do not expect to pay trip charges.

I made the appointment, and the electrician (not Steve) arrived on time. He was younger man, somewhere in his 20s. I asked him to install a chandelier, which he did. But he misjudged the drop, and when I asked him to lower it, he grumbled and complained while adjusting the chandelier. The chandelier also had a lot of crystals on it, and when I said that he did not have to unwrap them, he let out a big sigh of relief. He also did not do a great job of cleaning up. While perhaps this is what is to be expected for $99, and the electrician did an acceptable job, I doubt that I will use this company again.

The service turned out fine. They put in an electrician fan and then checked out and electrical shortage in the garage and fixed that. One electrician came out I did have to pay for the part that he had that in his truck.
