Multipart project with guys coming in when available and also by appt. Some confusion ensued, but was addressed timely and everything was ultimately complete to satisfaction. Special thanks to Shawn, who did the initial walk through and mentioned the availability of easy drop in LED fixtures and also the newest electrician (Joey? I'm sorry...but they will know who I'm talking about--East Coast transplant), who really came through on overtime to make the final wiring and confusion corrections happen. Yeoman's job!

I would like to comment on Steve’s character. I would describe him as unselfishly caring for his customer. When I described the problem in the request for his tune-up special, he phoned me and instructed me in real-time how to fix the problem without automatically sending his electrician out and charging me. An amazing experience!

It went great. they found the problem, fixed it and made some recommendations for another project. Got an estimate from powell electric and Steve and is partner did it for way less and they found the problem.. Powell couldn't find the problem and left charging for nothing.I think I found me an electrician for life.They did great

Tom and Eric were great!!! I had bought a fan that wasn't really suited to the space where I was installing it, but they made it work. They consulted me at various steps versus making assumptions. I will definitely use this company for future needs, especially Tom & Eric!

We are very pleased with the quality work and professionalism exhibited by Steve and Billy his teammate by installing a ceiling fan and checking our circuit board. Steve worked with us patiently as we hit some “speed bumps” in getting fan delivered from a big box store which ultimately arrived about 4 weeks from initial target date and it was a different brand and model. Steve’s quote was not cheapest we had gotten, but we felt from the get go that Steve was a "straight shooter", and he would stand by his commitments. Steve worked hard and came up with a value added solution of using special made board to ensure rain would not get into the fan housing that was installed in our outdoor trellis. On a personal note, I was impressed with Steve’s communication skills and his ability to explain various options thoroughly and patiently listen to what we wanted to accomplish.

Great. Two electricians came. We very professional and understood what I wanted. The were done in an hour. Still waiting for final bill. I paid for time and supplies the box and 10 ga. Romex. He needs to bill breaker and misc materials. They cleaned up well. Very happy after all is said and done.

He gave a good assessment and quote that gave me a good basis to decide next steps.

Not good. Bid was $100 more than other contractors, but could do work right away. Technician showed up late and was a man down so decided not to start work and reschedule. Several days later a 2 man crew showed up and did the work. They left a mess including a dirty mask. I paid in full. Several days later owner called and said I owed an additional $144 for 2 new breakers. He said I had to pay or he would come and remove them! I was never told about the 2 additional breakers or the additional $144. After a heated discussion I agreed to pay $80 additional. I would never refer this contractor and warn against anyone else ever using them.

Replaced breaker & tightened wires to all other breakers.

Installation went really well, It was done quickly with no Problems.

The service person unhooked the lights and reconnected them. I have no problem with the service. I had to pay an extra $28.00 for a so-called "travel fee". That's the cost of doing business to travel to the business site. I paid $95 for the service call. When companies create junk fees it's because they are struggling and I will never trust them. Do not hire this company or any companies that create junk fees. Before you have this company come out, make sure they send you an estimate in writing. They are small thinkers. They do not have an option to pay my bill electronically... They will be in business much longer.

Weird old wiring setup solved and fixed. Electrician Tom was very thorough.

The two workers that Steve sent came one day later that stated, but they did a good job in under one hour when they got here. The problem was when it came time to pay for the job, Steve tried to charge me a "large" increase from the original phone estimate. A few dollar increase I would have understood but not the increase he wanted after the job was done. So, if you hire Steve's company - get your job quote "in writing" BEFORE you have any work done or be prepared for him to want ALOT more money!!!
