Everything was great. They were very detailed. They knew exactly what they had to do.

It was great. I haven’t received the invoice yet. They worked efficiently. They were nice guys and I felt comfortable with them in my house. They had to reschedule the appointment.

It turned out fine. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They were very prompt. As soon as I purchased it, they e-mailed me and within two or three hours we had the appointment set up. They came out on time. It was great. The lights have been working fine since the installation was done.

I’m going to call them for some more work. They did a good job. They were hoping that the next time I'll call it’s not on the special and pay on their regular rate. I’m fine with that. They were fine and I’m definitely going to use them again. Everything went well. The workers were capable. They were friendly and professional. They arrived on time so they are punctual. They did everything that they should. I have no issues. Everything was performed as agreed. They have qualified electricians. Maybe there was no opportunity for them to go out of their way to impress me but everything was as I expected. The price was reasonable. I would recommend them.

I found another company that had a lower price.

Steve and his crew are awesome! I contacted him late on Friday and he was able to sqeeze us in on Monday, two days before Christmas. It took his guys 15 min and we had an awesome Christmas dinner cooked in our new convection oven!

The Angies List ad said 2 hour of electrical trouble shooting for $111. I got two guys for one hour, and one was not qualified to do anything. Work was slow and expanded into three hours. Twp outside electrical devices were replaced but in the end, two problems were not solved. I did not ask them back to do further work. Not a good value. RPM

He called me about a half hour before our appointment and said the worker got sick, and that he wouldn't be able to come out to do the work. He called me back about a half hour later, he said that the worker called and said that "he had quit throwing up" and that he would come by to do the work. I told him that I did not want him here to do the work being sick. I was very upset and requested a refund back.

I purchased this through Angie's list and the provider was too far way to provide the services. As a result, they were cancelled and I still haven't been reimbursed by Angie's List.

Nothing against the company I just need to get the work done ASAP. Very responsive though.

I wasn't very satisfied with this deal. They were here for 2 hours looking at things but by the end of the 2 hours no work was done. They wanted to come back and charge me on another day to do the installation of the cable I needed installed.

The provider was very professional and friendly at the same time in dealing with me: answered my calls (I did not have to leave any voice message), accepted text message from me, and called me back within two business days. Unfortunately, his schedule is fully booked for two weeks and could not accommodate a service within this week as I requested. He said his feelings are not hurt if I schedule with another contractor whose schedule is more open.

I purchased a Big Deal with him. He sent me an email and asked me to call. I called him and he asked me to call back and leave a message with all the details on his voice mail, and that he would call me back that night. I did so, and did not hear back from him. I called again and left several messages, and he finally called me back after a week, but I had already hired someone else by then, due to his lack of communication.

They were knowledgeable and did excellent work.

Workers arrived promptly, were efficient, polite and quick to diagnose problem. Would definitely call them again.

I was not able to get Big deal service done due to personal issues.

The service provider came out to install an attic fan but found that I already had one so the coupon purchased was not used.

We got an attic fan installed for $350 using an Angie's list coupon. Steve's crew came right on time. We have bamboo wood floors and the crew made sure no damage was done and kept things as neat and clean as possible. They finished the installation in less than an hour.

The 2 gentlemen that came were very nice and knew what they were doing. They were on time.

It was fine. He explained what he was doing. It was pretty straightforward.
