I called on Wednesday, expecting to schedule a service call for the following week. I told Steve it wasn't a rush job and I understood if he did not have anything available. Apparently, my project (regardless of how small) was a priority to him. Steve managed to send out a technician the next day-wow! The dimmer switches required a neutral wire so the tech was not able to install all of them due to time constraints. The technician explained the current condition of the home's wiring and what needed to be done to accommodate the new switches in the other rooms. I am happy to say the ones he installed worked flawlessly. Steve Cavenee is honest, professional and upfront with his pricing/services. Integrity, punctuality and proficiency are some important qualities I look for when hiring a business for a project. Expect to find these valuable traits from the team at Cavenee Electric!

We had a couple of mis-queues with the weather, but he did the work and it was great. Loved it. It was a special that Angie's List ran where they came out and replaced an outdoor receptacle and put a really nice one in there. The problems we had at the beginning was my schedule and didn't have anything to do with him really. I am really happy with what he did but I always hate to say I could get a better price but it was worth it.

It was great. Once the appointment was made, he was here. Steve and another tech took about an hour to complete project. They were very nice and professional. They were polite, went right to work and cleaned up after. They handled the entire process very professionally.
