Due to furniture and other obstructions they didn’t have full access to the home and so were unable to solve the problem. They isolated and tested and did the best they could under the circumstances.

Our project started out on the small end of things as we were about to have our house repainted -- a good time to get some electrical updates completed. We called Steve and he came out the same day to help us address the immediate issues. After talking with him, we started sharing our thoughts for other electrical work and that's when Steve's creativity kicked in. After much discussion, we ended up with a long list of electrical work that met all of our needs perfectly so we decided to get it all done at once. When it came time for the installation work, it exceeded our expectations. The foreman, Shawn, led his team through each of the projects with high professionalism and excellent quality of work. How he was able to do so much electrical work in our ceilings via one little hole he cut (and later patched perfectly) was amazing. Their entire team took great pride in the work at hand and even came back to fix some LED hardware issues (not their fault). Every day the work was done on time, neatly and they respected our home. This is by far the best work we've had done in our home over the years and the pricing was competitive to boot. We'll be calling Steve and his crew for any and all future electrical needs when it arises.

The back of my house has never had electrical outlets, which is inconvenient to say the least and decided to get it done before I have the outside of my house painted. I called Steve, who I have had do work before and have been happy. He sent two guys, who were pleasant, neat & efficient. It took them one hour to install two outdoor plugs in different places and replace two outlets on the inside with grounded outlets. They had needed materials with them & left the areas clean. They had to move a big cabinet to do one of the outlets inside and were fine with doing that. I will use Steve Cavanee for any and all electrical issues going forward. They do a good job, know what they are doing and the cost is very reasonable.

The work was well done and completed in no time. Work was clean and they even did the drywal patching to boot! Would hire again.

Illness required a change of plans, but it worked-out well. Miguel arrived about 9 am and asked to see the areas where the work was to be done. I showed him both areas and discussed what and how I wanted the work done. Miguel got the required tools and the outlet from his truck and immediately went to work. He installed the outlet first and cleaned-up both inside and out. Then he got the ladder from his truck and quickly replaced the old florescent fixtures with the LED fixtures. I was amazed at how quickly he completed the job and very pleased. Miguel was personable and very professional. I would certainly hire him again.

The electrician that performed the work was on time worked quickly and hard and was very helpful. Showed some things that needed to be corrected and completed all the work to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company and the man that performed the work.

Steve came by to inspect my box first and provided some great insight on the status of my current wiring and pointed out some risk areas. The technician missed his appt window but once he showed up the installation of the connector was quick and they did a very clean job.

Steve and his team were very professional, informative, neat and orderly. Our house has aluminium wiring, Steve took time to clearly explain the issues with that and alternatives to better protect the house. At no point did he try to hard sell any upgrades to the job and explained that we could make those changes in the future by replacing the breakers our selves if we didn't want to spend the money now. We opted to have him make the change and are quite happy to have done so. Steve's team was very friendly and did a great job. They always left the job site clean, swept and with no garbage. A true mark of a professional organization. Should I have future electrical work to be done I will certainly turn to Steve again and highly recommend him to anyone else.

Excellent. Steve's team is very professional and friendly, the type of people you don't mind working in the house while your family is there. Over the course of a few weeks we were able to get everything completed. Steve's team worked efficiently and the work has been excellent. Scheduling the inspector likely took the longest.

He either answers his phone or promptly returns voice mails. I've used his services three times. He's always prompt, professional, and tidy, and he fixes the problem on the first attempt.

Originally quoted a $280 day rate, but my experience is paying by the day means the contractor will take longer. So, I asked him for a set bid and what he gave was reasonable. I will have him in to bid on my flips in the future.

I spoke with Steve Cavanee and we scheduled an appointment for his technician to come out for service. He told me that his technician had a service call in San Juan Capistrano first thing in the morning and then the tech would come to our house. He gave me a window of time from 10-2. My wife came home at 10 AM to wait. By 1, he had not arrived so I called Steve to find out when he would be coming. At that point Steve told me that there was at least one service call added before ours. The tech then called my wife and told her he would not be at our house until 2:45! He did arrive and the work was done to our satisfaction. We have used Steve before and have always been very happy with the quality of work. If another service call or 2 were added, at the very least my wife should have been called in the morning to let her know that he would not be there until mid afternoon so she did not have to stay at home for 4 hours. Very disrespectful of her time!

Steve found the problem and told us we needed SCE to fix it. He was correct. They came out and put a new electric line from the pole to our house. Problem solved. Thanks Steve

I went really well. Everyone was very polite, experienced and cleaned up after themselves. We have more things we want to do that require an electrician and will be sure to call Steve Cavenee.

There are delays and cancellations due to other emergencies on the company's schedule. The works are not done as quick as I would have expected, leading to more overall costs. There are some redoes not my faults but still add more time and costs. However, since they seem to do at least a decent job of ensuring the electricity safety for the house, I would consider hiring them again
