I just discovered this review this morning while going through my company emails.. I was very surprise and concerned. Because this customer had written a review for a job I had scheduled to perform tomorrow. I immediately phoned and texted my customer, but after three attempts, I still have not heard back. At this point, I realize I probably "dropped the ball" and scheduled her for a week after the day she understood us to show. (Member name removed), if you are reading this, please give us a call. I deeply regret any inconveniences I have caused and would like to make it up to you. Besides, I'm still really not sure if I should show tomorrow morning or not. Although I appreciate this member’s feedback as I am always trying to better my business, please see all our other great reviews for a more accurate representation of our quality of work and customer service.
