Roy replied promptly and asked for photos of the area. He gave me a quote based on photos and was able to schedule me quickly. Richard came on time as promised and with Roy they completed the work in one day as promised and per the original quote. The work was done very professionally. Richard covered the floors with plastic and cleaned up very well after the work was completed. It was a pleasure to deal with Roy and I would hire him again with no hesitation.

Roy returned my call and was initially going to come out for an estimate. He asked me if I could send him an internet picture of the damage and the job and I did. Without coming out to the property he gave me an estimate over the phone and his estimate was the final price. I felt the estimate was reasonable based on the work to be done. Richard showed up on time. At the beginning, during and ending of the job I had a few technical questions. Richard confidently and patiently explained the process, what needed to be done and got to it. He did a great job covering up everything to include the floors, the stair and the area outside of the immediate job. He left the area cleaner than he found it. This job was completed efficiently, competently, reasonably and to my satisfaction.

Roy was very prompt in respnding to me and came out to check out the cracks in my ceiling and walls. I thought the work load was going to be more than what I signed up for ( 4 hours) and it was. He priced out the job, deducted the price I paid from Angislist and gave me a fair price. His guys were very reliable and clean. Made sure everything was covered before they started the work and then proceeded to do great work. Very trustworthy, left them alone for most of the day and felt fine leaving work ups hits again!

Roy, the owner is a very nice fellow. He communicates well and obviously cares about making his customers happy with the work he and his crew do. The time from estimate to completion of the job was less than one week. The finished product looks great. I would recommend this company without hesitation and would use them again in the future. It was a pleasure to work with Roy. I was at the end of a kitchen remodel & Roy was, by far, the most reliable and easy to work with of all the folks I had worked with. If you want quality work done at a fair price, I highly recommend calling Southern Counties Drywall.

We dealt with Roy throughout the job. Very nice person to work with. I purchased the $240 coupon for 4 hours of work. I attached pictures of the damaged drywalls that were to be repaired. We exchanged phone calls immediately to schedule for the visit and also, estimate that the scope of repair as depicted in the pictures could be done within 4 hours. There was no point was wasting my time and Roy's time if the work was way beyond 4 hours of my coupon allowed. Roy came on schedule (and called first). Completed the job in about 3.5 hours. Perfectly done. Highly recommended!

I was pretty happy and Roy was the one who did the work. He was willing to have me put paper down and remove to save some labor. Job really looks good.

Roy did an exceptional job. I thought all I needed was a piece of drywall replaced. But in order to do the job right, he framed & insulated the opening and then replaced he drywall. I wanted the window sill replaced and he arranged for a carpenter to come the next day to complete the work.

They showed up on time. - very nice and not all that normal. The worked the issues I had quickly and professionally. They were very courteous and didn't mind answering my questions while he worked. The finished product is excellent. I cannot tell where he patched the walls and ceiling at all. (I had some renovations performed that left some holes to be patched.) I would recommend the company and their employees in a minute for any job pertaining to drywall.

We needed two large holes patched in our walls before a Mothers day gathering at our house:). I contacted a couple of companies via the message application in Angies. Roy Roy was the first to get back to me. I sent him a couple of pictures of the walls and he made arrangements to come by the next day. Roy showed up early and did a fantastic job. I definitely will call him again for any future work.

I originally hired Roy to repair and patch drywall in a triplex apartment building after major electrical work left many holes. I was very happy with the quality of work, the price was competitive, and people very professional. I have since hired them again 3 more times, which speaks to my confidence in this company.

.Rich did an amazing job repairing cracks on my cathedral ceiling in the living room and entryway. The prep work was extensive since he had to move and rearrange furniture prior to proceeding with the job. Looks like new. Clean up was outstanding. I was delighted with everything overall, so much that I contacted Rob, owner of Southern Counties Drywall to repair the drywall in my garage. They both were a delight to work with, explained everything that was involved in the job, for great prices too. I recommend this company very highly and would like to take this opportunity to thank them both.

The contractor, Roy, responded quickly and set up an initial appointment to assess the damage caused by what we initially thought was a leak upstairs due to old caulking in the shower. He was friendly, professional, and clearly confident that his crew could handle our project. He called back later to give us an estimate, which we felt was a reasonable price for the job. The following day, he contacted us to let us know that Richard would be doing the work for us. Richard showed up on time, and was also friendly and professional. After cleaning the closet to remedy the mold, he started the demo. While cutting a hole in the ceiling, it literally collapsed on him, sending a rush of water on top of him and the flooring. As it turned out, it was not the caulking, but rather, a corroded pipe that was leaking. It was a mess. Richard was amazing and handled the situation so professionally! He cleaned up all the water, and the floor, even though I didn't even have a mop for him! He explained just what was happening in the closet, and said that we would need to have a plumber replace the pipe. He also observed a couple of other issues that would need to be addressed before replacing the drywall. After our plumber fixed the pipe, and the closet had dried, Richard came back the next week and installed the drywall and prepped for painting. He also was kind enough to give me a couple of referrals for other home repairs that we needed. It was a pleasure to work with him! I cannot say enough good things about Southern Counties Drywall, and will definitely use them in the future.

I previously used Southern Counties to install drywall in my garage, which turned out great. Roy and Rich did an awesome job. I was very impressed with their quality, professionalism and price. I therefore had them do some additional work inside my house. This time, Rich came out, and did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond and was tireless at getting the work done. Even when Rich accidentally cracked a washing machine pan, he owned up to it, and Southern Counties took care of it. I recognize that things never go perfectly when someone is working on your home, but it is great to know that Southern Counties will be perfectly honest about what happened, and in putting in the effort to make things right.

Roy arrived exactly at the time that he said he would and proceeded to get right to work. All told, he and his helper spent 4 non-stop hours doing the work. My wife was skeptical when I told her that I was going to have this done, saying that it wouldn't look good. However, when she got home from work that evening, she was amazed at what a great job Roy had done! She could not find any flaws in the finished project, and she is a tough one to please! Roy blended his repairs in so well that they almost didn't need painting (but we will paint them anyway). To say that my wife & I are satisfied with Roy's work is a grave understatement. Roy does great work and was courteous and considerate of any comments that I had. Will we call him again for future repairs? You'd better believe it!!! Would I recommend him to friends? In a New York minute, and I'm from New York.

I had several jobs for Southern County Drywalls to complete. The things I wanted completed are listed below in the priority I wanted the completed. 1) Paint some exterior trim on my house. 2) Patch some holes in the ceiling from installing new bath fans. 3) Reinstall some towel bars and toilet paper holders that got loose over the years of use. Rich was the one doing the repairs. When he came, I had them start on item #1. After starting to prep for paint, he said he couldn't finish this tasks because he saw live termites and suggested I get a Termite expert to take a look. I then had him start work on items 2 & 3. He said he would be able to finish these task with the time remaining. Item 2) The patch in the ceiling looked good and have not issues with that repair. Item 3) I had him reinstall a towel bar in one bathroom and a toilet paper holder in a second bath room. He mentioned that mouthing hardware supplied with the towel bar and toilet paper holders wasn't strong enough to hold and that toggles should be used. He had to go to the local Home Depot to go get the supplies he needed. He was gone for 30-45 minutes. He did stay longer to get the job completed. I gave him an extra $20 to help compensate for his time. The towel bar he installed fell off later that night when I went to hang a towel. The toggles he used was too small and couldn't support the weight. I contacted the right away, but after some back and forth I was only able to schedule a time on 11/22, almost two weeks from the original appointment. Fast forward to 2/2 and the toilet paper holder starts to become loose. I go tighten it only to have it completely fall off. I find the the mounting hardware used was a small plastic drywall anchor, not a toggle that Rich said was the proper mounting hardware to be used. I will not use them again and will not recommend the services from this contractor.

Looks great - basically patched the wall in/around my toilet with drywall; we've since painted and area looks great
