Description of Work: We were selling our house and had two different companies come to give us estimates for termite repairs. Those two companies would only offer the more expensive treatment of tenting the house. What made me skeptical is that one company said that we had termites in wood that had just recently been installed. We had Rick come out and he gave us a very fair estimate. He was punctual and was even willing to do the work on Saturday, because we needed to get it done to close escrow. I would definitely use him again!

+ -1 moreVery well. Rick arrived for the inspection and conducted a thorough review of the property including the detached garage, patio cover, and interior. He explained everything completely and quoted prices right then as he wrote up an estimate. Both my realtor and I were impressed with his professionalism and the reasonableness of his cost estimate. I scheduled the work and he arrived on time, performed the work with a helper and cleaned up afterward. Since I had to leave, Rick and his helper finished after I left. When I returned to inspect the work, I found some areas that I thought needed some attention, so I contacted him right away. He called me and scheduled to arrive the next day for additional work without extra charges. I really appreciated that he wanted to satisfy the customer even if it meant extra time and effort.
Description of Work: Termite inspection, treatment and wood repairs for a condo that is in escrow.
