Arrived on time. Had to go pick up parts and returned promptly. Once complete, evaluated all plumbing under house and gave free video scan of drainpipe (maybe looking for additional work they could do). Found a leak from the new supply valve installed (defective valve). They replaced immediately at no charge. Very good service by Rudy who did the work.

The tech showed up about 45 minutes after I called the 800 number (which was amazing!). We had a drain pipe line that was unhooked, and cut in one spot, so whenever I turned the water on in my kitchen sink it would drain straight into my backyard, and since I didn't know the line had been cut in one spot, when I went to start a load of laundry, it was draining all over the floor in my garage. My landlord had hired another plumber to do some work, but had just left a mess and was taking days to do what Proserv was able to do in minutes! The tech (Richie) was very professional! He showed up on time, knew exactly what needed to be done, and had it finished in about 10 minutes. He noticed that the previous plumber had turned off our water heater, and unhooked my gas dryer, so he turned it back on and hooked it back up free of charge! It was a wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future!

They did a good job but I think there may still be a slight leak. I will need for them to come out again. We have had issues with this toilet so it doesn't surprise me. They did fix the majority of the problem and I think the service tech was really nice.

I have used them numerous times. I found them to be good and professional. I would recommend them. I don't have to use them on a regular basis. If my sink backs up it clogs the air conditioner line. I also use them at work building. We have been using them for years. The cost is the same as everybody else. They work with us and they have their set prices. They will sometimes give us a discount on a parts. I am comfortable to have them come into my house. The techs clean up after themselves. I've never had a bad experience with them. I would use them again. I wouldn't complain about them. They good about getting out the same day and within hours. They have come out quick I've needed it.

They completed the work in about an hour. The technician was very professional. He did the job well. I think it was a fair price.

I Matt Hamry showed up with his assistant Armando. They inspected the job and offered me a quote to replace the leaking faucet and an old shut off valve. I received an HOA discount. They went right to work and completed the job within an hour. They asked if I had any additional work to be completed and asked if they would drain the water heater. They did so for an additional fee. Overall experience was good. Very professional and cleaned up when they were done.

Water heater failed and flooded the garage at 9pm on a Friday during a dinner party. Proserv had a technician respond. He arrived at 11:30pm, bypassed the damaged water heater so that we could have at least cold water for sinks and toilets. The following morning, he came back at approximately 10am and replaced the old hot water heater (which was still under the 6 year warranty). The installation was tricky due to limited access but I had hot water by noon. Good job especially with the 9:30 pm call and response.

I have an apartment complex that I manage, so we use them all the time. Basically, they are an excellent service and very prompt. Price wise, they are very high in price but they are excellent. So, you kind of get what you pay for. Their service people are excellent. They are prompt, on time and they do a great job, but again they are very expensive. I have used several local plumbers and when you call them they might show up today or maybe tomorrow, etc., but these guys, at Proserv Plumbing and Drain, you call them and they are there in a couple of hours and they do a great job. They have the stuff that is needed, but you pay through the nose for it.

One drain was for the washing machine, 2 men arrived in separate vehicles and after discussions proceeded to inspect the main line with a camera, they recommended power cleaning it to get rid of roots, I declined since the current problem was a side line which wouldn't be helped by that effort. One of the two men departed, the other went to obtain a small power pressure cleaner and upon returning did what was needed to clear the line. The second drain problem was sediment in a line with a reverse drain problem, it was removed, cleaned out, reinstalled with better drainage. These techs/plumbers are clean, neat, respectful, and eager.

They service was great. They fixed the leak and then also recommended people to do some other work. Those recommendations were great as well.

The service has always been good. They are very professional.

They were very good. There are a couple of good guys that came out for us. They did a very good job and were reasonable. They do not charge if they come out and cannot fix the issue. I had a case where the water department said I had a leak. They came out and said the issue was with the neighbor's line.

They are sent out by my management company. They did a good job repairing the leak and the cost was reasonable.

Until the last time their service had been great. On the last trip I feel I got overcharged for something the technician did not properly do. But I had been happy with their service before that.

When the gentleman arrived he immediately provided me with his business card. He recommended another company for what he could not do. He was very professional and generous with her time. Even in the initial phone call they carefully listened to my concerns and immediately followed up with a phone call to schedule a timely apppointment.

Company called to tell us the tech would be there in approximately 20 minutes. It was towards the end of the 3 hr. window, but still within the window. The tech arrived within 20 minutes of the call. All services (3 drains cleaned out), were performed in little over an hour. Our service tech was polite, neat and clean when he arrived. He cleaned up after himself and left everything clean behind him. We're happy with the service performed.

They kept track of the timing and when I needed to have the water heater checked, and they periodically check to make sure it's working correctly. The people are very nice. They also have done other plumbing for me.

A member of the HOA reported that the sewer drains in the clubhouse and pool area were backed up. The property management company for the HOA contacted this company to do the inspection and authorized repairs without prior board approval. They temporarily cleared the drains and installed a clean out access. They also recommended breaking up the concrete around the drain to replace it because it was plugged by diatomaceous earth from the pool filters. There would be an additional charge for this repair to be done at a later date. About a week after the initial work was completed, the drain in the clubhouse bathrooms became backed up again, so ProServe returned to flush the drains again at no charge. They blamed the problem on toilet paper and pizza being stuffed down the toilets and recommended replacing the toilets with ones that have a higher flushing power. The board declined this solution and sought a second opinion instead. The second contractor advised that the cleanout should be located much closer to the trap than the one installed by ProServe and submitted a bid to do the work for half of the price charged by ProServe. We have used this company in the past and were dissatisfied with the services provided then as well as in this instance. We have instructed the management company again not to hire this company if we have plumbing and drain problems in the future.

Proserv Plumbing were reliable. They came on time and were professional. I plan on using them in the future.
