The city bought it off. I am very satisfied, The awning/gazebo/porch extends the whole side of the house and is a spectacular improvement.

We haven't confirmed contract yet, just had initial consultation.

We applied for architectural control approval and the contractor prepared the building permit. Final approval to start construction took 6 weeks, but once it was started, Patio Warehouse completed the project and cleaned up the area to our complete satisfaction within their proposed schedule and price. The Patio Warehouse crew repaired the deck by cleaning and filling all dry rotted wood. They then covered the top of the joists with metal caps to protect the wood from water and installed high grade outdoor flooring rather than just replacing the existing 1x4? wood flooring. The installed patio cover is beautiful, and the upstairs deck is better than the original deck.

The service was good. I really like the quality of the work. They cleaned up well, they were on time, and I have no complaints.

The experience was a mixed bag because his customer service was unsatisfactory. They had to put footings on the patio. They put the dry bags of concrete in the whole and then put the water in. As a result, the concrete was not very strong. I called the owner to voice my concerns. He agreed with me that it was unacceptable. We schedule a date for him to a**** the work but he never showed. I had samples to show him but I threw them away after a month. Overall, I was pleased with the finished product but not the customer service.

Their service was great. They did the work quickly and thoroughly. They came back out to address some minor issues. They are always polite and professional. They left no mess behind and I was pleased with the service.

They came in and gave me the basic patio cover. However, when they came to install it, they were not prepared with the footings. I had them in my garden which I provided so they would not stop the work. They wanted to charge me additional for the footings, but I thought the footings should be included. The patio cover looks great and the finish product was beautiful. The workman came in, removed it, and put it back in a day. They were efficient and in and out quickly. The price was comparable to others.

They did a very good job and it looks great. They were on time, on budget, and worked efficiently. They finished the job within the time they estimated. They cleaned up well and I had no complaints with the service. I thought the price was fair and comparable to other bids I received. I was impressed with their previous work so I hired them.

I originally called and requested interlocking pavers. They advertise that they have a warehouse where you can look at the different pieces. However, he never gave us a chance to go to the warehouse. Instead he told us to use the stamp concrete.There were some flaws in the work and some of the stamping was irregular. The price was a little more expensive than I was expecting, but I did not get a lot of comparisons. The were on time for the appointment. They did leave some trash and did not clean up well.

Patio Warehouse replaced our old screened patio enclosure with a beautiful sunroom. Their sales representative was very pleasant, not pushy at all. We saw examples of the type of job they would do at the Metals USA showroom in Buena Park. Patio Warehouse took care of all the permits with the city. The crew that did the job was great. They demolished the old enclosure in short order. They installed the new enclosure including transoms, windows, and 4-inch walls and roof. They also laid the tile and resurfaced the existing exterior wall of the house where the sunroom is attached. We're very happy with it. There were a couple of days the crew didn't work because they were juggling other jobs. I guess that shows how popular they are. They made up for it by working weekends though. I would definitely use them again.

Great experience! We added several things as the work progressed and they handled all of our concerns. The workers were a pleasure to have around!

Installers were great. Paul, salesman knew how to design size of beams, posts, columns to look good in area. He gave good in put and it looks better with his suggestions.

Everything was done very professionally and on time. Someone came out and took measurements on the date and time scheduled. Several weeks later, I was contacted and given a date and time for the installation. The workmen arrived exactly on time and went to work. I wasn't sure about the spacing of the cross beams so the installer put both sizes up so I could see the difference and make a better decision. The patio cover was completely installed and all cleanup done in two hours. The materials used will never yellow or need paint. My patio cover is beautiful, and it has made a such a difference in the appearance and comfort of my backyard. Everyone who sees it is very impressed, and I only wish I had done it years ago!!

We did our research and had received six different bids for our project. Patio Warehouse was not cheapest, but it was not the most expensive either. The quality and professionalism of the installation manager, Mario and his crew was amazing. They were on time, worked all day to complete the job, and they cleaned up completely at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend Patio Warehouse to do your Patio cover.

The first thing that impressed me about the company was an immediate returned phone call. It was one of the owners of the Patio Warehouse: Jarod Maples. He was calling on a Sunday evening and during a holiday weekend no less, to set up an appointment... The first initial meeting with Jarod was a pleasure. We sat down to discuss what I was thinking I wanted for a patio landing around our spa along with new steps going into our house. We wanted a decking that would incorporate the brick work already in place. Jarod came back with options and ideas that I had not even thought about. He was easy to talk to and gave me some interesting alternatives. We spoke about my budget and Jarod was able to quoted a price that allowed me all the patio work plus have additional concrete poured for a side yard walk way. The day before the actual work was to start, Jarod actually coming back out to our house to introduce the Forman of our job. Augustine and Javier were on time each day. They worked each day with a system that caused the least interference to our daily routine and cleaned up the project sight each day before they left. The project took less than 5 days, the workmen were professional and our back yard project turned out beautifully. I am so very happy with Patio Warehouse. Thank you to Jarod, Augustine and Javier. I would recommend this company to anyone. All company's I have found on Angie's List have been awesome...

They did an outstanding job. Jerod gave us a very competitive bid, and an excellent design. The installation crew was great. They always maintained a clean environment, and protected our patio and plants. They did some extra wiring for patio lights at no charge. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the material, and the quality of the work.

They did an excellent job, they were very timely, they did exactly what they said they would do, and they did it in a professional manner. Their bid was substantially better than another company that I had give me a bid and the quality of their work was just as good.

The crew performed as scheduled. They were always punctual and polite. The patio turned out excellent. The workmanship and quality exceeded our expectations. Our house backs onto a neighborhood park. Everyone who passes, comments on the beauty of the patio. Two of them have contracted to get their own. The price was less than estimates for a wood patio and it looks twice as good as wood. We could not be happier with our choice of a providers.

We screened about four vendors and this company offered the best idea and price. It took some serious negotiating to bring the cost down from $12,500 to $11,000 and we signed on the spot. I showed them quotes from other vendors. They were creative in bringing up the quality of our installation by adding free lighting and semi-clear openings in the covered portion of the patio. These turned out to be very valuable features. They managed the building permit and inspections for us. The construction was overall pretty good. It took 3 days and there were minor communication issues as to which days they will show up. I inspected the construction and emailed photos to their management daily in case of issues. One unexpected problem was the old patio's demolition punched through the interior wall. They agreed to fix it. Initially they repainted about 40% of the wall around the patched area. I pointed out the different shades of paint and requested them to sand down the drywall patch and paint 100% of the wall. The crew was courteous and cleaned up the place daily.
