Description of Work: We had a patio cover installed - and the journey was a bit bumpy- but we love the cover; would consider pavers by Patio Masters. We had a great initial meeting experience with Jeff. A couple of scheduling errors happen (but eventually got back on track). The major feedback was I have an organic garden and informed the crew about this, and not to dump debris. After I mentioned to the office, they corrected the issue with the foreman - which is why I marked D for professionalism.

Description of Work: The President Jarod was great, professional and gave me a good deal. He didn't have to shove his company down my throat like others did. His crew were wonderful, very friendly, kind and clean. My neighbors called me immediately to get their card because my patio was beautiful. Great work!!

Description of Work: They added an attractive patio cover. I am a CPA and as you would expect, a snooty customer, and have turned down a lot of Angie's List vendors. But Patio Warehouse is first rate. Always showed up on time, clean cut, explained the job, cut no corners and stayed on budget. I have other contractors here to my home and they compliment who ever did the work on my patio cover. I cannot recommend them enough.

+ 1 moreWe had looked at several companies and these guys were in the middle of the pack in terms of price, but we went with them because they were willing to work with us and they subcontracted a crew that did the stamped concrete that we wanted. One person was in charge of the whole thing, so if something wasn't right, I knew who to turn to which is a reason why we went with this company. They were very attentive to what we wanted. As with most projects, it escalated as we went, but the company was true to its bid. The only difficulty we really had was the starting date: they wanted to start but we were out of town and we didn't want them to work on the house while we were gone. The crew was completely professional and cordial, and they were aware that they were working all over our backyard. They came and went quickly and didn't spend forever on the project. When I called the manager of the job, he would get back to me immediately and he would answer my questions.
Description of Work: We used Patio Warehouse to build a patio that our landscaper designed.
