+ -1 moreIt was very easy to reach the locksmith by phone (I really hate it when I can't reach a real person). He came out within a few hours and very quickly repaired the two door knobs. If I had known it was so hassle-free, I would have had the doorknobs fixed a lot sooner.
Description of Work: Door knobs would sometimes get stuck.

+ -1 moreThere was also something wrong with the latch on my door. He told me that it was not safe, he actually made the necessary repair for free. I like the fact that they are a family-run business that goes back a few generations. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They didn't waste any time. They arrived and got right down to work. They were in and out in about 45 minutes. Jordan was there with his younger brother and was actually teaching him right there, going over all of the steps out loud so that he could learn. It in no way wasted time, Jordan did all of the work but used it as a teaching opportunity. This was neat to see! They are in my file now!
