First off, what Glenn says he'll do, he does...because of the nature of his business, sometimes time schedules got messed up by a couple of hours, but that is to be expected at times. The two workers arrived on time (I had at least 4 days worth of work), were very clear on what was going to be done, when, and how long it would take. I was told by friends of mine that removing tile was a huge, dusty mess...it was, but the men cleaned up as they went. I don't remember it being an issue when all was said and done. It was LOUD, but that is to be expected. This was true with the sanding also-loud, but they were extremely conscientious and I never noticed any inordinate mess. In the end, it was all worth it: both floors are beautiful and done to our satisfaction... I highly recommend this company. Robin C P. S. + -1 moreThe results where beyond what I expected. Glen is a great businessman. Drives results, stays on budget and communicates well. I am often skeptical of contractors. Glen provides you with an ?at ease? approach to your project. Use him, don?t use him, he will give you the same level of service. I watched him work on this own home with the same fervor as he does with his clients. He is a true craftsmen.
Description of Work: Glen Woodrum and his team at Orange Coast Hardwood have been providing me with great service for the last three years. I moved from Chicago to So Cal not knowing anyone who could work on my home. I was introduced to Glen by a customer of his. His first job was the restoration of all my hardwood floors. What is most remarkable about his team is that they seem to be more concerned about my house then I am. That level of ownership is what I most admire about Orange Coast Hardwood. The second job was to remodel our master bathroom. His team took my requirements a step further and offered great suggestions on improving the design. Not for profit, but because it was how they would want their bathroom to look. The last job was the remodel of our addition. This involved the coordination of multiple trades, all of which Glen managed. My wife and I sat back and watched as they transformed our outdated room into the center of activity for our home. If you want an ethical, honest and energetic team to provide you with great results, please give Glen and his team a call. Nice job Orange Coast Hardwood!
