+ -1 moreAs I stated, they didn't come out on a service call and they very well could have and made some profit. They were more interested in helping me maintain my pool.
Description of Work: I called on a Saturday after they had closed and left a message regarding some water clarity issues with my pool. They called me back as soon as they opened on Monday and after I explained my problem, I was expecting them to say they would send somebody out on a service call. Too my surprise, they gave me some suggestions over the phone as to how I could remedy my problem. The suggestions they gave me really helped clear up my problem. I am forever grateful to them for the suggestions and the professional way they returned my call. I will certainly use them in the future for any problem with my pool, small or large. They have gained my trust.

+ -1 moreWe have a contract with them. I didn?t like them from the first day. When we initially contracted their services, the pool had not been cleaned for about three weeks. They came out and basically they didn?t clean the pool. The person who came didn?t show any response. The owner was my wife?s friend; I backed off a little bit on it.
Description of Work: Nohl Ranch Pool Supply people were here last Wednesday to clean the pool and check the chemicals. They dump their cleaning solution which is banned by the EPA in our drains.
