+ 3 moreIt went better than expected. I manage a rental in La Habra. The house was built in the 50s and has no crawl space. I was dealing with constant backups in the bathrooms and kitchen. The drain pipes were corroding and the main line (clay pipe) kept having roots grow inside and cause headaches. MVP Plumbing's main guy Ismael was wonderful to work with. For such a big job his communication was excellent. He explained with great patience everything that they were going to do. What I liked the most was the fact that he answered his cell phone every time I called him which is more than I can say for most contractors. The cost was not cheap but my owner and I were very satisfied with the work performed. Their guys were very professional and kept the place as clean as possible. As a property manager I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues large or small.
