+ 0 moreIncredibly, Mike was able to walk me through repairing my own broken, deteriorated bathtub faucet over the phone (during the COVID-19 quarantine!). He had me take apart the faucet, then I sent photos of everything to him so he could assess the problem. He told me I didn't need to go into the wall/tile in order to repair it, which is what I was afraid of. He found the replacement part in his catalogs, sent me to Home Depot to get it and other stuff I needed for the repair, texted me a video of how to do the repair, and then answered questions while I worked on it. He never had to come over, though he was ready to if I decided I didn't want to do it myself. He is also beyond fair in terms of his hourly rate and with his time. And he did this on a Saturday morning. He's one of the good ones.

+ 0 moreMike is excellent. In every aspect, a methodical professional. I had work done previously by a different plumber that didn't fix the problem. Mike came and diagnosed the problem and took care of the whole job. He's detailed and very reasonably priced.

Description of Work: "Mike did a multitude of work on 2 houses I own. A lot of plumbing; tile work; fixed a roof problem; put up a fan light; fixed an air conditioning problem; There isn't anything he can't do and he is the most personable honest human being anyone could ever hire and he doesn't charge an arm and a leg. I will use him forever. I have sent him to many of my friends and everyone feels the same. A Great Handyman!! "

+ -1 moreEverything is Perfect as usual. This is a very SATISFIED home owner. When I need something done it's Mike I go too. Everyone I've recommended him too loves him and won't use anyone else. You couldn't find a Better Handyman any where in the world!!
Description of Work: Mike did a number things in my home. This time: 1. he put in a new ceiling fan/light; 2. a bunch of plumbing: he put n a hot water circulation pump; he flushed the water heater (and it rally needed it); replaced the Anode Drive; and fixed my bathroom sink. He has done a great many things to my home in the past, mostly plumbing but he also fixed an area of my roof that blow off and then proceeded to clean the gutters on the roof. In a second home I own he did a lot of plumbing and re-iled a bathroom and entry way. . There is nothing he can't do and he doesn't gouge home owners on.
