Description of Work: Marty was quick to respond to phone call, punctual, communicated professionally, about what he was going to do, and explaining the general costs. He is very organized and methodical. He came over to listen and visually inspect if there is a slab leak due to warm spots underneath our tiles. It turns out the pipes were placed closer to the surface, and because the previous homeowners had installed a timer on our water heater, we could only feel the warmth during certain times of the day. We do feel Marty is trustworthy and works with integrity. He is our go-to guy for future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Multiple leaks - outdoor plumbing incoming main line ( several hundred gallons of water/day) and major sprinkler system leak.

Description of Work: Martin is a very customer-oriented plumber. He responded to calls, showed up when scheduled, and worked with me when he found that I had mis-diagnosed the problem. In addition to clearing the drain, he also excavated and repaired a leaking supply line. He then recommended another company to help with the tree whose roots were blocking the drain. | |I plan to use Martin for my future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: We have been using Marty for at least 8 years now. Every plumber we used before him charged way more than the job was worth, or refused to work on our home due to it's age. Marty has saved our home time and time again, coming out immediately every time we had plumbing emergencies. Working with our budget for larger project. I just have to say, I don't know what we would do without him. This week we have hired him again to redo the whole hot and cold lines that run under the house! They have been needing to be done for year, but he worked with us to make this affordable and helped us to decide when the best time to do it was, in line with the other house repairs we have on the list. Out of at least 25 plumber we have tried to work with over the past 20 years, Marty is by far the most caring, honest, and his work sets him apart as the best we have ever worked with.
