I recommend Glen, owner of J&W ChemDry, to everyone who would like an excellent job performed. Glen was recommended to me by a friend of mine. She was pleased with his work so I gave him a try. I was NOT disappointed {:oD His price was honest and very reasonable compared to other franchises that were a rip off!
Description of Work: Glen, who is the owner of J&W ChemDry, arrived at our home promptly at 5:00 p.m. He did an exceptionally great job. He was able to remove pet stains that I thought were impossible to get out!!! All his products are nontoxic and we didn't have to wait a week for the carpet to dry; in fact it was dry the next morning!!! He also told us that if any of the stains returned he would come back to our home and treat these areas again for free. Glen is a very personable person and easy to work with. I asked him to clean 3 area carpets when he arrived and he was happy to accommodate my request. He was professionally dressed and after working on our carpet cleaned up all of his equipment and put everything back in place.

NOT VERY COMPETANT, EVERY SPOT WAS 'UNTREATABLE' OR SOME OTHER EXCUSE FOR WHY THEY CAME BACK ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. STEAM CLEANING IS A MUCH BETTER WAY TO GO!
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY CLEANED THE CARPETS AND SOME FURNITURE AT MY OFFICE. HE THEN CLEANED THE CARPETS AT MY HOME FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
