Description of Work: REBUILD THE T/S VALVE ON THE BATHTUB...MEANING WE WERE NOT GETTING ANY HOT WATER IN THE TUB BECAUSE THE STEMS HAD TO BE REBUILT. PARTS COSTED: $137.00...A GOOD PRICE FOR THE WORK DONE. HE EVEN REPLACED THE TUB SPOUT. LABOR WAS TWO HOURS, A TOTAL OF $180.00
