Description of Work: We met with Steve Sudduth early in 2015 and then on 23 Nov 15 to obtain an estimate for Owens Corning Platinum Protection Roofing System. Steve is very knowledgeable and offered a number of suggestions on doing the the re-roof going from Shake to Owens shingles. Guardian provided a very professional report on the size of our roof in both area and circumference as we needed to replace termite damaged rough sawn cedar fascia. We wanted to add a Solar system and attic insulation as well once the roof was done. Steve provided an estimate for the roof and insulation and wanted to provide a separate Solar system estimate once the roof was done. Other Owen's platinum Roofers provided combined estimates that included reduced cost on the roof when doing the Solar. We selected one of those. We discussed this with Steve after we selected a contractor. He understood our decision. Guardian had done this in the past but decided to work each separately at this time. Steve's estimate was competitive with other estimates for the Owens roofing system, but we were looking for the estimate for the Solar as well so we could compare total cost of all the work we planned.

I had a consultant come out here and gave me an overview of what I need to get done. Actually they explained to me what needs to be done and how long it's going to take, the crew, when, where and how long. They were very thorough.

+ -1 moreThe owner was prompt in coming for the estimate. Very professional. The work crew was also great, explaining some of the problems with my particular roof, because it is a condo and offering suggestions for the future. Very neat and clean. Overall a very good experience.
Description of Work: I needed a flat roof repair. The owner explained the options of only repairing it or redoing it completely. I opted for the repair. A few months later I had a leak and he responded immediately, while it was raining too. Fixed it up right away and I haven't had a problem since.

+ -1 moreThe workers did not include the man who gave the estimate or the owner, but there was a three man crew who worked very hard for most of an entire day. The worker let me know about some problems, but did not push for any further repairs. The clean up was immaculate. Not a trace of debris. The workers were neat, clean, and professional.
Description of Work: I live in a condo with a flat roof which presents several sets of problems. My call was answered quickly and the estimate was done the next day. I was sent detailed reports of repair or replacement. I called and was worked into the schedule the next day, just before the rains returned!

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job with the overall look. Upon completion, they cleaned up the work area and yard. I was extremely impressed by the salesman as he had 25 years experience and very knowledgeable. All the employees were very personable.
Description of Work: I have a 2100 square foot home with 6 bedrooms and 3 baths. The company removed and disposed of the old fascia. They proceeded to replace it with new fascia. When removing the old fascia, they noticed some portions of the wood was rotted. They replaced it with new.
