"Green Choice Living has done everything in their power to make this customer happy. The issue with one of our marketing directors was a "he said/she said" scenario, we counseled the marketing director and he did not work for 3 days. This apparently was not acceptable to the customer. Green Choice Living questions the integrity of anyone who would try to get someone fired at anytime, let alone in this economy. Wells Fargo (WF) audited us and found no problems with our practices and we still do business with them today. We refunded the full amount to her WF Visa and we are not allowed to close customer accounts due to privacy issues so this is a lie, she must have closed it herself. She tried filing 2 different complaints with the Contractors State Licensing board (CSLB), BOTH of which were dismissed in OUR FAVOR. She complained to the BBB and now to Angie's List, ALL after we reduced the cost of her job by HALF just to make her happy. She has had all the work done and completed and has yet to pay us one penny for any materials or labor. Green Choice Living has spent countless man-hours going through audits and responding to complaints by this customer on top of all the money spent for materials and labor for her project and the customer is still not happy. We were forced to file a lien on the property and submit her file to collections. We hope that other consumers can see that this is just an unhappy person, trying to fill their seemingly endless amount of time with her personal vendetta against our company. Other consumers are urged to check with the CSLB to confirm that her complaints were dismissed in our favor. Other consumers are also welcome to contact Wells Fargo Financial to verify we are in business with them and in good standing. Our merchant number is available upon request. We have many happy customers that are enjoying countless energy efficient upgrades to their homes. Currently, many of our customers are REPEAT customers. We would just like to be paid for the work and material that was provided and would ask that this customer finally leave the Company and all of its staff members alone."
