A water pipe broke under our rear deck flooding a flowerbed. We discovered the rupture at night. Fred drove a considerable distance that night. He decided that because of the lack of light, the job could not be done at that time. He returned the next day, early, and completed the job. His price may have been a bit high, if it included not only the two trips and the replacement of the pipe, but he also had to remove a section of the deck and put it back afterward. The complete job was performed quickly and efficiently. It was not the first time I've used Fred. And his number will the the one I call for any future plumbing problem.

Was having a termite inspection done, when the inspector noticed that there were 2 leaks under the house. Contacted Fred's Plumbing and Emilio immediately came out and assessed the problem and was able to complete the work the same day. His was the lowest fee to inspect under the house. He was professional and courteous and did an excellent job. I will definitely use this provider again for any future work or problems.

We have used him 3 times. The first time we used him was in 2006 when we had a leak. He pointed out some of the mistakes made by someone else and pointed out that they had over charged us. He did not charge us very much. My husband used him again to put in a sink in our garage. We also used him for the pressure regulator. He came out that very day and fixed it. It was a Saturday.

He is a very busy guy. His business comes across. He will make a decision for you and quickly explain it to you. He doesn't explain everything behind it. There is not a lot of communication but he does his work well. His quality of work it excellent but it is more of a personality issue.

Emille did an excellent job, trouble shot, pointed out and cleaned lime build-up in one toilet. Overall good work, good attitude, professional and fair pricing. I will use him on all future plumbing projects.

It went well. He was able to find the water cut-off for my condo building, which previous repair people and even the on-site maintenance could not do (it is not marked, but is not hard to find, now that it has been pointed out to me). He replaced the assembly on the pipe without flooding the new laminate flooring I had put in, which I really appreciated. Basically, he was in and out in half an hour and I am pleased with the job done and the price.

The plumber and his son were very professional, friendly and honest. They showed up on time and finished the job quickly leaving the area neat and clean.

Due to the poor workmanship of the previous plumbing work, the work was consuming but he did a good job. I'll use him for all my plumbing needs from now on. He was very polite and friendly to me as well as my family.

Fred showed up on time and was honest. He didn t try to overcharge me for anything and did the job right the first time. We are going to use him again in a couple weeks for our rental property because he is dependable.
