Eric forgot our appointment but came within an hour of my call to remind him. Replaced my ceiling fan and kitchen faucet at a reasonable price and was efficient. He even found a leak in the water main that the Association is responsible for. Patched it until the Association could repair it. Explained everything clearly, very polite, respectful, and thorough. I would use him again.

after previous unsuccessful attempts to get grab bars installed in my parents shower ( everyone had an issue with finding the studs behind the porcelain tile) Eric immediately reassured me he does this all the time.
